Order from ANY other dominos! This one sucks. Every time I've ordered from here, it's taken an insane amount of time (over an hour). One time, the app said my order was ready, so I drove there to pick up, and then it was another 20 minutes. They just clicked the button to say it was ready so they would meet their time goals. Another time, I ordered and after 40 minutes it still said it was in "prep." I called the store and the guy said they hadn't even started it and it would be at least another 30 minutes. After tonight, another over an hour wait after they told my son 25 minutes, I've finally learned my lesson. The dominos on Anderson Lakes in EP is way faster and much friendlier service. Get it together!

Pizza tracker lies. The last two times I’ve been here I try to time it so I get there right as it tells me my order is ready. Both times I walked in and they hadn’t even started cooking my order.

My experience was horrible today. I did not get my food, and Management had a fight with stafff. When I called, They told me the do not give out phpne numbers of Corporate Staff.

I've tried to work with this location several times and each time it gets worse. I had to call the driver over 3 times to navigate her even reaching out to the manager to have him assist & was told he had no way of contacting her to help. She kept hanging up on me telling me she got it then on the app tracker I could see her going further away. Eventually when it came and I opened it up every single piece of my order was wrong, topping/sauce/kind, missing items, etc. I called the store to see what could be done and was told the kitchen was closed (at 8PM) and they couldn't remake it. I was issued a credit which I tried to use later on and the manager then said it couldnt be use online so I let it go that time. Now I have tried a 3rd time to use my credit - called the store and the manager said that I could infact use it online then proceeded to have an attitude for me asking to use the credit he had previously told me to call and use?? I'm very confused as to why they seem to put more work into doing the job wrong. I'm not requesting anything crazy just some pizza and simple customer service. At this point I wouldnt even want to order for fear of them spitting in the food just for a laugh.

Went for carryout, which triggers the two minute timer they keep advertising they will bring the pizza out to my car in.Once the timer started on the app, they stopped the timer as soon as it got down to a minute. I then sat there for 5 more minutes till they actually decided to leave the building with my pizza. That is certainly not the spirit of the promotion.It's obvious someone is sitting at the counter marking them all as delivered just to improve their metrics with corporate while screwing over the customer and showing they simply don't care.

Delivery was fast but maybe too fast. Toppings weren't distributed evenly, no two layers of cheese as described by the handmade pan description and the center was still doughy. Bad form Domino's.

I ordered pizza and specifically told them i don’t want bacon on it…it got delivered with bacon all over it, they also charged me $60 for 2 pizza. I called them to get it changed and the manager said he wouldn’t do it and hanged up.This place is very unprofessional and disgusting don’t waste your money on them.

This location has really been struggling lately. The past two orders I’ve made are grossly late. I order through the app and wait until the end of the estimated time to pick up and I still have to wait 10-20 mins at the store.
