Service is absolutely horrible. Only good thing was the kind lady I talked to whoWas actually apologetic. Driver didn’t care about me not getting my food. I ordered delivery and waited almost two hours for my food. I went into the store twice since it was in walking distance the first time I went in it was because it said it was delivered and she said it was still out for delivery and offered me a soda for my troubles I went home and waited another half hour to hour and finally went back to the store and on the way it said my order had been canceled. I spoke to the the lady and the driver the lady was extremely apologetic as I was very upset but the delivery driver couldn’t care less about the fact that my order had been canceled and they couldn’t remake it because the store had closed. They offered to take the food leftover that they had which I took because this was supposed to be my dinner. Extremely disappointed .
We ordered our food via their app, and the estimated arrival time was going to be 35 to 52 minutes. 1.5 hrs later we called the store for the status of our order. they said they were busy and haven't made the food yet. We just told the to cancel our order.2 hour later we get an app notification saying our driver is on his way.The driver texted 2.5 hrs later asking of we ordered food.We texted back to them that we called the store to cancel the order earier.The fault is not on the driver.The fault on this on the store for not being organized and well staffed.The other fault is on corporate. The app and website should stop taking orders if the store is backlogged on orders.
Placed an order at 8:15 pm. Was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes for delivery. That was not an issue. Received a text that the delivery driver left at 9:20 with the pizza. 9:50 rolls around and the pizza is still not here. Tried to call the store multiple times and the phone says the store is closed even though the time the voicemail says they are open until on a friday is 11pm. So much for having food for dinner...
Ordered delivery. After 2 hours we called to cancel our order, after another half hour we finally got on the phone with someone that could cancel our order. Ended up having to order from somewhere else since we didn't want to wait for 3 hours for cold pizza.
This Domino's location is the worst I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for two (2) pastas, and was told it would take an hour and a half for it to be delivered. I waited until it arrived at my hotel. When they arrived, delivery driver handed me my ticket and a pizza. But I informed them that I did not order pizza. I showed him my ticket that shows two (2) pastas. "O, I left your order at the store. I do not have it". He apologized and would cancel my order. Well he better cancel it, I was not going to wait another hour and a half for it. How are you going to hand me someone else's order? Tommy is the manager at said location...... thanks for nothing.
We've always ordered from the location and have never had a problem; however, the recent reviews made me a little nervous to be honest. We looked at other places to order from but decided we would give Domino's a chance. Ordered two pizzas and buffalo wings. Order came in a reasonable time just like before and the driver was very nice. I'm not certain if it depends upon the day, the time of day, or the type of day that people place their orders but we had an order for around 2:00 2:30 in the afternoon with no problems. We anticipated it would be a busy delivery day because today is St Patrick's Day so we took that into consideration. I'm happy to give them the benefit of the doubt knowing that there is such a huge shortage of workers in delivery. We were very pleased.
Absolutely do not use for any parties. They will not get it to you on time or even answer their phones. You will be completely in the dark if your guests get food on time or if at all.Had a time sensitive birthday party in the MOA and only got a call from the delivery driver 15 minutes before the end of the party saying they were 5 minutes out. I called several times and they do not answer calls, ever.All this with a 3 day advanced order. Complete trash service.
I'm giving 5 stars, not because of the service, but to my delivery driver. I had the same experience as majority of the people making 1 star reviews. I ordered online for delivery and the tracker was stuck on Prep for over an hour and the Delivery was highlighted for quite some time as well. Overall, my order took about 2 hours to arrive. This was the first time I'd ever had this experience with this store as I've ordered from them numerous times. During my wait, I did try to call but it said they were closed, even though Google said they were open, and I read the reviews seeing alot of other people had the same experience, and most were fairly recently.When the driver arrived, I could just tell he was already braced for some sort of feedback on the time it took to arrive. He was very apologetic about the service and so I just decided to simply ask him what was going on and he vented for a few minutes. He explained how they are short staffed and are having issues with the online ordering system and something went wrong with the phones; basically the whole place is just out of whack - chaos. I'm sure alot of ppl would hear that and just assume that because we're in a post pandemic era right now, that the "short staff" excuse is just that: an excuse. But the overall vibe I was getting from him left me convinced that he was legit being sincere in his apology and explanation.So, I just want to give a shout out to him and the other drivers with good work ethic. I hope that this store gets their shiznit together so that the drivers don't feel like they have to explain the obvious lacking in corporate response to these complaints.
Don’t order unless you’re picking it up! I’ve made the mistake of ordering from here multiple times. First time was perfect. They estimate 18-33 minutes for delivery, but I waited over an hour the second time. They sent an email for a free pizza, so I tried a third time. My order has been sitting in “prep” status for over an hour. I called the store to cancel & the hold message just kept looping. I couldn’t speak to a human. Super frustrating! I will be refusing the order & disputing the charges with my bank if they don’t refund me
