I have given this place chance after chance to get a pizza order out in time, but it constantly fails to do so. As of this post, I’m currently at the 40 minute mark for a pizza that still says “Prepping.” It’s clear that the management at this place has some kind of issue, especially comparing it to the other reviews here.It honestly isn’t worth the time. This place hits and misses so constantly, it’s truly a gamble on whether you get a pizza on time and hot, or a pizza an hour past it’s estimated delivery time and cold.
Normally we love dominos but this time it was a disaster! Got home the first time and my pizza that was supposed to have extra steak, it had none and had to go back up there because no one would answer the phone and this is the pizza they remade for me after offering to just make some steak for me to throw on to the one they messed up. Not to mention the pizzas were supposed to be hand tossed and the crust was as thin as paper.
James, the assistant manager at my local store, helped me to use money-saving coupons for my online order that saved me 50%! He didn't have to do it, but when I told him I couldn't find the coupons online, he walked me through the process. It worked. I told him I will be a returning customer because he is an honest man who takes good care of his customers! Thanks, James!
Food is good. Service is not! I order online ahead if time and they give an estimated time (10 minute window) The last several times, it has been much longer than that! :( Ordering 1 pizza on a weeknight should not take over an hour for pickup!!!Still waiting! My Dominos Tracker still says "Prep" 56 minutes after my order was placed! ugh! Tried calling the store to cancel my order, but they don't answer.
The worst dominos pizza location, they prioritize the orders to be delivered, they send you notice that your pizza is ready to pick up and when you arrive they tell you that you have to wait 10 to 15 more minutes, they lie to you !! And the quality of the pizzas is horrible. I definitely do not recommend it, this has happened to me 3 times.
I ordered to pickup I was there my pizzas was ready that’s the board says, then the two guys was putting the pizzas together, served all ordered was ready after mine finally I asked therm second time about my pizzas Inter guy came over says just get out from oven wasn’t true my pizzas was ready 20 minutes… the words part one of my pizzas was made wrongI never going to order pizzas from that location!!!97th Lyndale Bloomington
Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. Manager told me to shut up on top of turning the phone off on us. All because they messed up out order and didn’t want to have to fix it. When we called back they left us on hold and refused to pick up. I don’t know what was worse the lazy, over salted, disgusting pizza or the rude, racist dominoes worker.
Worst dominos location in existence. The fact that they have 2.5 stars is just because you can’t vote for 0 out of 5 so they get an automatic 1. Should just shut it down, there’s another one a couple miles away anyway. I don’t even think their “manager” can read. If you want to spend money on pizzas that are guaranteed to either not show up or not show up correctly or hot, this is your place.
Pan pizza and cinnamon twists were pretty good but, the bread bits had so much oil on the bottom it was literally dripping off the bread. Not my kinda thing. But the guy working hooked me up with an extra icing cup so I'm pretty happy with my order. BIG CON for some odd reason you can't order delivery online. I've tried many times on separate occasions.
Dunno what happened, but this particular shop went downhill over the past six months. The last time I ordered delivery, the ETA was set to simply "today" leaving me with no idea when my food would turn up. I decided to do pick up only after that, unfortunately, when I ordered pick up, they not only refused to give us the jalapeno bread we ordered and pre-paid for, my nephew was left to wait over a halfan hour after our order was supposed to be done, where he witnessed the manager berate an overwhelmed staff but refuse to help andwatched people recieve, open, and then return the wrong orders, which were then served to other people,. So unfortunately, w will no longer order from here. Hopefully they decide to pay better and are able to keep better management in the future. For now, beware!
