We've been here a few times now. Overall I like their food better than Perkins. Food is always on point. Service was good, a little slower than what is expected. Attentive to our drinks and refills. One thing that really is a downer and didn't get a 5 star is the floors are extremely in need of cleaning. It was almost like walking on a greasy kitchen floor. Definitely a safety concern and could cause someone to slip. The front entry and half way to the back was ok. This was more towards the back and towards the restrooms.
The cook was lazy & so the server had to serve people, payment & pack grub hub orders all at the same time this one man. People got up to get there own drinks cuz it was taking long, food was barely warm. The time before we went the food was good but it was a different chef. Poor server.
Fast and friendly staff. The quality of the food has always been high here. Even when it’s busy, the staff always makes sure to check in on their tables. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast served by a friendly staff and for a reasonable price.

There was a bit of a wait due to understaffing and the wait list part was a little confusing because the host was pretty busy doing multiple things, but the food ended up coming out super quick and wow.. it was fresh and delicious. Far exceeded our expectations! The Moons Over My Hammy was perfect and they kept the decaf coffee flowing for me, which I appreciated.
I felt kind of bad after a while of being there. Someone must've called out our they were simply understaffed. Around 9 tables going with 3-5 people each. 3-4 staff, 1 minding the door, 1 server and 1 cook (maybe 2 if the second was never in my line of sight).Even being overrun by guests the food was prepared well and brought out in a timely fashion. They did an excellent job and were definitely heroes for dennys that night.
The 55+ Alaskan Wild Salmon dinner was delish! Thank you for cooking so good! I just did not care for the stuff in the rice. I would rather have just white or brown rice.
Today we ate a late lunch but ordered breakfast. After getting seated we waited and waited finally a server. Took our drink order and food. Finally got water another 10 minutes a coffee and another delay with lemons for water. Still no food, a lot of talking of server and kitchen and still no food. Another 1” minutes and here is our food, my husband egg was a mess and our pancakes looked so dry, no whipped topping and mine was the salted caramel that looked burnt. No explanation or apology. The restaurant had 2 servers, about 10 people there and the time was about 1:30. A lot of talking between servers and kitchen which we could not understand. I do have a picture of the pancakes
My husband and I first went to Perkins restaurant..Very busy long wait.So we decided to go to Denny's. And we were most pleasantly surprised!The food was outstanding and delicious The portions were huge and our waiter,Todd was a "Rock Star"! He did a fantastic job and kept on top of everything!He was very polite and courteous as wellWe are definitely coming back very soon! And by the way we like your restaurant better than Perkins!
