The soft serve is always good! But the staffing is extremely poor and the brazier is a joke. No staff past 3 pm to even serve you anything but ice cream and treats. Also, they are ALWAYS a closed earlier than the posted times. It is specifically this location, most others are staffed enough to make it work.
Really disappointed with this DQ. Been there twice first time I waited almost 25 mins in the drive thru for cold and soggy chicken strips and fries. Second time I went just for a blizzard and for $7 I got a large blizzard with literally 3 pieces of cookie dough in the entire thing. Don't go here unless you want to be disappointed.
Hard to believe, but this location is even worse than last year and that's saying something. I placed a simple app order of a double cheeseburger and pretzels with queso sauce. I received a cold burger with no cheese and brown, rotten lettuce. Pretzels were surprisingly warm but no queso. You had an hour for such a simple order and you still can't get it right.I remember when DQ was good quality and reliable, never buying from them again.
I ordered a blizzard and only the top 1/4th had ingredients and the rest was vanilla ice cream. I tried to call multiple times in a row for hung up or unanswered calls where you could not leave a voicemail either. Its literal stealing to pay $6 and not get what you ordered. I will never pay money ever again here.
Sadly they didn't have enough workers to make hot meals so only ice cream. Not their fault. Service was good considering. And my blizzard was good. Those 2 guys working alone did what they could. Hopefully get some new employees so I can get a chicken finger basket. Mmmm.
We waited 40 minutes in the drive thru, nobody really explained why there was such a long wait. We watched 4 employees stand around talking until one girl told them to make the blizzard we were waiting for. And then mine was missing ingredients. I’m really disappointed and updated we wasted our time and money. I hope the owner is able to turn it around for the local neighborhood.I’d recommend going to a different DQ if I were you
Slowest drive through on this side of the Mississippi! 30 min to move a half dozen cars through the line. Don’t be fooled!
They had signs indicating their dining in was closed, which was fine, so I went through the drive-through, only to be told their kitchen was closed (and this was the middle of the afternoon) and that they were only doing ice cream and treats. Maybe I missed a sign about the kitchen? But there was nothing obvious as far as I could tell. The blizzard I got passed the upside-down test, but was a bit overfull and was just in the brink of melting.
The ice cream is great but the wait is quite long sometimes. One time I was with my friends and we went over there and the line was very long. Roughly a total of 45 minutes we were waiting. Yes I know we could've left but we wanted ice cream, and they were most likely under-staffed that day. Overall great ice cream just be wary of the wait possibly.
The drive through hours are never correct. Got there at 8 and it was closed multiple times. No idea when this place is actually open.
