Lack of professionalism, no staff knew what they were doing would not make orders for food. We waited 30 min for a blizzard, I heard the staff say that they don't care that they were told to make a blizzard. It was completely disorganized.
Tina the manager has excellent customer service skills. My husband went there to get ice cream after 6:00 pm when the lobby supposed to be closed, he didn’t know that, though the one door was open, first the employees didn’t want to serve him and gave him a dirty look.Fortunately when he spoke to the manager, she was nice enough to serve him since the door was open.Indeed she did the same thing with a family of four, father and three kids that were biking.She made everyone’s day, and for sure I will mention this always and recommend this location with the nice manager.Thank you kindly Tina for being kind, responsible and appreciating your customers.One constructive input, some employees are immature and need training in customer service.The person who made the burger sandwich added salt to the burgers, when my husband has high blood pressure among other heart problems.We just wish they take their job seriously and follow the steps of their excellent manager Tina.
After waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru, we were greeted by childish, unprofessional crew. From there I got addressed as 'bruh' and 'my guy'. If that's how employees are addressing customers, there needs to be a change of management and staff. The boy that serviced us at the window doing absolutely nothing and standing there with earphones hanging from his shirt. For him, we were definitely so far down his agenda while he was at work, that he could careless what was happening.We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for old food. We had ordered two regular fries and only received a half filled container with refried old fries. We also got a burger with old meat. It was dry and looked like leather. We also counted ten cars that drove off because they were moving so slowly. Since they were still open, I was going to walk in and just ask for a refund but they had locked the doors to the lobby long before closing hours. It wasn't even worth having to sit and wait in the drive thru for a refund. Don't waste your money and time here.
I ordered cheese curds and they gave me fired onion rings. I asked for a certain dipping sauce and they gave me no dipping sauce. The employees openly talked about personal topics and refused to apologies about the inconvenience. I was walking out the store and they openly made a comment about how one of their employees looks "high" while walking in to the store. Just ridiculous.
A fast food place that's not fast. Frequently gets orders wrong ie chicken with bq sauce just being bq chicken or onion rings Instead of fries. Staff seems to have no drive and is slow leading to unnatural long lines. This store has had a bad relaunch.
I went there for lunch. Arrived a little after 11:am. I Was waiting 10minutes being the 3rd one in line. I figured they were just running a little behind. Suddenly the person at the Front of the line took off and went around to the door. The 2nd person also took off frustrated yelling he'd been waiting for longer than I had. I tried to call them to see what was wrong they hung up on me twice. I Submitted my concern to Dairy Queen corporate but have not heard from the franchise owner as of Yet after 4 days. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Do not recommend this Franchise to anyone.
These are the chicken "strips" we got..more like nuggets. They were about the same size as the one ketchup packet we were given.
Nicely remodeled. Unfortunately, as the employee explained to us, nobody wants to work. So it's only drive thru service, at least at the mid afternoon time we were there. Other than that, staff was friendly. Good service.
This was the worst experience ive had in a long time! I have a lot of patience and this was just terrible it was problem after problem! Tried to come dine in with my two children and we just couldnt catch a break.. first the burgers had nothing on them except a bunch of pickles and then they gave us this nasty watery ranch i guess someone made it wrong abd then the fries were cold and it was just not the experience i was hoping for at all. Not leaving happy.
Went thru the drive thru and was greeted by a very polite young lady. When she saw my dog she offered me a pup cup(which I forgot to get ?). They were very fast, friendly, and efficient.
