Delicious food, excellent service, great experience
CRAVE is always fabulous! Our experience was great, and our food was delicious!!!
I've been going to all the Crave locations since they started. This one is fine and delivers the normal Crave ambience. I ordered a reliable chicken dish, which they transformed into something boring. I ate about 1/3 of it and went elsewhere for dessert. If you're at MoA and want the Crave ambiance, eat here. If you want the great, interesting food Crave was one known for, head to Nordstrom Grill on the third floor. It's more of a fancy diner feeling, but the food is so much better.
Host are terrible! I had a reservation for 6:00 I got there 5:45 when Ask the host if I can check in, she looks at me and asked me âis it 6:00!pm?â Very rude then I have to ask for the manager and she didnât do anything about it. The two host were just looking at me at laughing while we were eating. I felt very unwelcome. The waitress was good but I couldnât enjoyed because of this two host. It was my daughterâs bday so it is sad we had this experience in a special day for us

Food was delicious! Portions were amazing! Only complaint is it was very warm inside! We were sweating as we were eating. Weâre there with relatives from California and they were sooooo hot while thereâ¦
French fries were overcooked. Server replaced with fresh fries. Bathrooms we not air conditioned and messy.
Food and service were excellent. Wine and Martini prices were high.

Different closing times posted in different places. 10 on OpenTable, 9:30 in mall directory. Made a reservation for 9:15, they moved it to 8:45. They sent texts that table was ready at 8:30. We arrived at 8:45 and felt rushed by host staff even though last call wasnât until an hour later. Server was very friendly and not rushing us. Sushi rolls and nigiri was fresh and delicious. Tried my sonâs burger and fries, both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Unique place with both steak frites/burgers and also sushi. Highly recommended, but only when you can be there early more than 1 hour before closing.
