Lazy employees! Waiting in line to be told they are closed. It was still 5 mins til they closed and we were the last ones in line. Unbelievably rude! Never will have coldstone again. I guess good help is hard to find.
The south Coldstone Creamery in MOA is Never open until the listed hours at the end of the day, not for the last dozen times I've been there (sometimes 45 minutes early!).The only problem is, its usually staffed by people who make the best coldstone icecream dishes within 15 miles. All the other Coldstones are staffed by teens who do not care about cleanliness, face masks, coughing on food, getting the order through quickly, etc. This one holds the food quality up to a good standard.PLEASE CLOSE ON TIME :S
Showed up with my kids to get ice cream 45 minutes before they closed and they were already closed.
Better show up 30 min before close or they say their closing early. Watched them turn away 5 customers all before close
Visited here with my family and ordered cashews and caramel on my ice cream. The young employee made it with pecans instead and when I asked she just said "we don't have cashews". So rather than informing me ahead of time she took it upon herself to change my order and expect me to be ok with it. What a poor experience, will not return.
It was 9:00 and the place would not serve us. Get better clocks or employees.
Reasonable prices and great flavors. Will not disappoint! No place near to sit is my only complaint for its location.
I had the cake batter flavored shake which was GOOD. Not too sweet which is usually the case for cake flavors for me. My kids had the smallest size bowl of cotton candy icecream(pictured)

There is enough dust above your cook surfaces to fill a gotta have bowl. The staff are amazing!One star because it is the only way this is gonna get seen.
