The place is an absolute mess, tables aren’t clean, the soda machine is gross and has ice and random liquids all over it. the workers seem like they have no idea what they’re doing, it seems like there is no management. There is no assign orders at all. Whoever owns this store needs to be talked to because this is so upsetting and is ruining chipotles reputation. Do better chipotle.
I like chipotle. I ordered a bowl with a lot of topping, chips quac, and two drinks. I was staying at a hotel near by and wanted this to be split for two meals. The bowl was missing items, the order arrived without the chips and guacamole and only one drink. When contacting customer service on the app. I was given two free chip and guacamole on my account for a future purchase. I paid an upcharge for this to be delivered and want a refund not a coupon. Customer service is very automated and can be hard to work through in this situation.
The guys working Thursday night had terrible customer service. $11.00 for a couple pieces of chicken because their container was low and they were too lazy to do anything about it. Then my bowl was lieterally thrown in a paper bag.
They had no cheese barley any condiments and the burrito is so small never going back again also there was like no drinks at all.
Our family loves Chipotle and I want to give every location a 5 star rating but this location was off during our visit. It was maybe around 5:30 pm when we went in. There were only 3 options of meats available at this time as they were completely out of the others. The counter where they make the food was so messy (not dirty) just messy with food from making orders quickly that every container of ours had food all over the bottom. One section of the soda machine wasn’t working and everything was coming out clear. And no one had been out to bus/wipe up tables or clean up trash in a while so the tables were messy and lots of trash on the floor. We just ate in the food court. We got out to the food court and after starting to eat we realized that our daughter never did get the chips she ordered. Did not go back for them either though. Maybe it was just an off night. We were just visiting and from out of town but it was not the typical Chipotle experience.
The franchise has officially gone downhill. I was the first person through the door and found my self waiting to be served while the staff jumped into preparing online orders. There were only 6 employees, and already opening 30m later than published store hours. Out of fajitas-- again, they had literally just opened the doors-- and out of guac. Staff were not friendly-- and who can blame them, knowing the kind of day they are about to have? Chipotle's food is good in theory, but it has in fact become theoretical at this point.
This is my third time visiting Mall of America and my last time EVER coming to this Chipotle. Line was long and continued to become longer because they were prioritizing online orders. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. Also, anybody who knows Mall of America that there is ALOT of people and it gets HOT. I was literally sweating in line waiting to order. I was dying for a cold drink. I pay for my drink, go over to the fountain, and only two sodas, both of which I do not like. Are you kidding me? There wasn’t even any ice dispensing out of the machine. If you only have two sodas available, shouldn’t you make that aware to customers? Also, PAPER STRAWS. I’m all for not using plastic straws, but paper?? It literally disintegrates, I’ve used them plenty of times before. I love chipotle and have never had any issues until I went to this location. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
My family and I came in from chicago to mall of america for spring break. The first worst experience was ordering food from Here. We order 3kids chicken quesadillas meals with juice and fruit. And 2 bowls one chicken the other one beef and chickenThe kids meals didn't have nothing but 1 juice, none of neither one had fruit or neither had the main thing the meat and it was so cold. And they didnt have any thing to eat with. The 2 bowls was dry and didn't have nothing to eat with it was bad.
The staff made sure to serve everyone that came in right up to the very last second before closing. Of course, the food is always delicious, and the portions are well worth the price.
Another mismanaged Chipotle. Complete and utter incompetence. No supervision, management is nonexistent. Small problems bring the whole restaurant to a grinding halt because the seven teenagers and one adult desperately avoid eye contact while they wish they weren’t there.
