It’s a good thing the food was delicious. The staff was less than friendly, not knowing what goes with each meal or not (veggie bowl should have free guac but we were charged). We frequently don’t get everything we order in takeout orders. The 4 different special lemonades were almost completely out and even if I did want to try one, there was no ice in the ice dispenser. Very few of the tables were cleaned off to sit at, but with only 3 people there to make food for people, I suppose that’s going to happen. The bathroom was not looking so clean, in particular the floor, but I’m certain that means the rest of it wasn’t so great. I don’t know why I will go back but I know I will. And I will be disappointed again…
The employees are nice and food is good but this location is not the one I would choose. Different ingredients are constantly missing even during not so busy hours, the store is online only at different times. There are no constant hours of open or online only so often times you won’t know if it’s online only until you are already there.
Just got my order from here and they put small pieces of chicken mixed in with my plant based sofritas. I can't eat meat and pretty much had to throw it away after accidentally biting into chicken :( they also had random pieces of food I didn't order, a couple red peppers, some pinto beans (I got black beans). Definitely would not go here if you have allergies of some sort ?
TOTAL RIP-OFF!! PORTION SIZE IS TERRIBLE !!2 bowls, a wrap, chips and guacamole, $50 bucks.. Really ????..the bowls were barely filled, as you can see in the photo, the bottom of the bowl is not even covered, the veggie wrap was missing the veggies, only had beans and some cheese. And the chips and gauc did not make the bag. You cannot call the store to get a real person on the phone, it's all automated....which makes you wanna SCREAM !! Good thing we are just passing thru. We never go there again !
Rarely is this Chipotle open for dine in or in person ordering. When they are open, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I understand it probably really sucks to work at Chipotle and I can appreciate that. But don’t take it out on your customers, take it out on your company/management. This whole, “We’re in a crisis. We’re doing our best.” mentality isn’t going to get you anywhere. Do better. Not too mention I’ve ordered online multiple times and rarely receive all the items I ordered. Then, using the app to get a refund is all but short of pulling teeth and nails. You only get to speak to an automated AI bot that usually only refunds maybe half your order? Oh, and portion sizes when you order online is a joke! They totally half *** their portions when you aren’t standing in front of them
For me, this chipotle isn't incredible, but it wasn't outright bad either. The layout of the restaurant was really nice and a little easier to navigate than other locations. However the tables were pretty grimy and I got the impression that the staff was stressed (everyone was still very polite though!). My food was quite good since they definitely didn't skimp on any ingredients. I would go back here but it might not be my first choice.
Absolutely terrible experience. Never coming to this location again.I arrived two minutes after my pickup time, checked in at the cash register, and stood their waiting for 15 minutes watching them make orders for other people who arrived after me. When I politely asked the cashier what was going on, the manager came storming out of the back unprompted and raised his voice at me, further admitting that they were out of chicken, black beans, lettuce, and fajitas, now fully 30 minutes after I had placed the order and been charged for it through the app. Every item in my order had at least half of these. We would have been left with burrito bowls full of nothing but rice, sour cream, cheese, and salsa. I had to calm him down, doing my best "sir, I understand you're going through a rough time" while I'm the one who's half starved and on the edge of a panic attack.I ordered through the app to minimize the time spent in the store and face to face contact necessary, but there was no indication they were missing such a large part of the menu. Instead of substitutions, coupons or anything else, he gave me a phone number for an automated line where I spent even longer on hold to no avail. Trying to get a refund through the app didn't work either. Apparently I need to do a charge back through my credit card just to get my money after receiving no food and wasting a ton of my time.Don't bother. I went to Taco Bell instead and got a better meal for half the money with zero hassle, while still working to get in touch with Chipotle about my refund.

Been to this location multiple times to see if things got any better over time. They did not. They half scoop your food so you end up with burritos half the regular size compared to other Chipotle locations. They raise their prices, yet half scoop their food. Do not recommend coming to this location
This is easily one of the worst locations in the state. A large percentage of my visits/orders from this location are immediately hit with limitations on what I can and can't order. There is literally always something wrong with this location. Honestly just drive to another chipotle, and save yourself the annoyance.Whatever manager is in charge here needs to be fired because this is a joke.
