I love Caribou Coffee for the variety of coffee drinks and tasty pastries. Drinks can get pricey but you get good value for your money. The Caribou Coffee inside the amusement park is my favorite because you're immersed with spectacular exciting rides while you sip on your favorite drink at Caribou. Love the Green Tea Matcha!
Caribou is a great coffee place... Just can't hear yourself think at the Mall of America.
So I just got my mocha latte iced.. when I ordered it the girl rolls her eyes and huffs! Girl u ain’t even busy just do them a favor and quit u shouldn’t be in customer service in any way!!
I stopped at this location as a quick treat before leaving the mall. It was Boxing Day so a little busier than normal- but nothing crazy. The woman at the register tried to convince me that I gave her $6 instead of $10. I only had $5 bills in my wallet so there was no way unless something magical happened that she could have been right. After this she became rude and dismissive. After this they messed up BOTH of the drinks I ordered but I didn’t want to deal with it so I just walked away. Rude employees, bad service. Maybe just walk a little farther to go to a starbucks or another one of the seemingly 100s of coffee shops in this mall.
the service was slow about 15 minutes. the employees were very rude and they got my order wrong.
very different from the starbucks latte but it was good. I wouldn't switch for for a change of pace.
Not sure why the ratings are so low here. Service always quick, really nice staff.Edit: i take it back lol i ordered a mint condition and there was no mint in it and might as well have been an espresso shot. Took them a long time to make it even tho the place was basically empty. Front door was locked and another customer had to let me in. The last few times ive been its been great but this was just awful.
We really enjoy their iced coffee drinks. Always makes a nice treat when out shopping.
Super nice inside. Good amount of seating and good spot for people watching! Cashier was very friendly, helped me save some mula as well !
