Have been going to the different caribus in a Mall of America for over 20 years since they opened. They are one of the best ones there they always get my order right where the original one on the second floor always seem to get my order wrong. But I still prefer them over the national chains like Starbucks. Caribou rocks

Stopped by to get food with my sister, she ordered her sandwich and coffee and I ordered a sandwich and asked for a hot water, I'm not a coffee drinker, and the worker that was taking our order told me no. She said they dont do that, but that I could order something that costs money and she could just fill it with hot water.. she was very rude.As a paying customer I'm not understanding. Seems like a gouge to me. Next time I will be taking my business elsewhere. My sister too.

Tried the White Mocha Pumpkin drink and it was super sweet as the name predicts. The coffee shop was not that busy when there but the tables needed to be wiped down. The staff was friendly as well.
A random guy took my drink when they called out my name and ran off with it. We explained to the barista what happened and she was empathetic and gave us a new drink (and a size larger!). We’re just happy that an awkward situation turned into a wholesome one :)
I got a breakfast burrito (airport location) and cookie and cream shake. I also bought gummy candies, chocolates with caramels, chocolate with toffee, and yogurt pretzels.The burrito was ok but the tortilla was over cooked on the outside and it needed salt.The cookies and cream shake was good and not too filling, it was very light.
