There was about 10 cars in drive thru so we went inside. There was at least 10 people working but we were told, because of short staffing, we can only do mobile orders. All we want is a hot coffee... So we went across the street to Starbucks. Only 2 employees in there, and they had no problem taking a simple order, as well as also doing mobile orders.
Went to the drive thru on my way to take my husband to work. The “gentleman “ taking my order kept cutting me off and when I got to the window, they only had my husbands drink and the lady said “ it doesn’t show another drink”. If I’m got the drive thru that’s a sign that I have somewhere to get to. I’m not the type of person to hold up all the vehicles behind me so that the business can try to get it together.
I pre placed my order and my drink wasn’t full ! This was after waiting 30 mins in line
Worst store, worst customer service and worst store manager. They tried to blame not having my order on the app and on being short staff. Well thanks now days all companies are short staff and if the initial contact would have been better maybe the experience wouldn’t have been this bad.
This Caribou went downhill in the summer of 2021. I wasted far too much time trying to spin gold out of mud trying to get through to staff. I was very patient with them for years, and when I tried to get through to them when I was having a rough spell, they didn't give me the time of day. I know we are all going through hard times. Peace to them, and may they revisit their hiring practices. I do like their products, even if they don't like me anymore.
It is different from store to store I have gone to 3 caribou in the last 3 months ( not 3 different times but a few tines a week) out of the 3, only one makes my drink consistently the same. Customer service is horrific at the penn Ave store in Bloomington. I would give it 4 stars but one store is worth 1 with customers service and other 1 with inconsistency. Only one store (Yorkdale Shoppers in Edina) has 5 star customer service.
As an ex-caribou employee, I know how hard it is to be a caribou worker! I wish I caught my cashiers name, but she was wonderful. I work at a restaurant and had a 5+ drink order for my coworkers and I. Everything was correct, given to me SO quickly, and everyone was very nice. One employee made sure my drink carrier had the liner in the bottom so nothing would fall out. Great work team! You guys were awesome. ❤️
Was the worst visit ever! First they ask if you’re a perks member and they pretend they put your number in ? then they did not make my drink how I asked for it and they ruined my daughter’s drink ! I would not recommend this place to anyone…
Great coffee! This place has an app that lets you order online, which is super helpful. Nitro infusion is really great too. I can make coffee at home, but I can’t make it with nitrogen.
Update been here other 2 o 3 times , still no offering the points rewards, nothing, they just take your number, never give you anything dec. 16thThey never offer you to redeem your rewards for the free drinks even if you are already in the thousands of points but they do ask you to donate them, ???, most stores do the same too, it's like u gotta beg
