This is how our pizza was delivered. Not good.
We got the 8 piece chicken with Jojo potatoes and coleslaw and a small 10 in pizza. The Chicken was awesome along with the potatoes and also pizza . Coleslaw was a 3 oz cup which was not enough for 2 people but everything else was really good thank you !
4/14/2211:31am: order lunch online. I am a nurse and have to order food delivery to arrive between patients.12:36pm: no food has been delivered more than an hour after ordering. Call restaurant. I'm hung up on.12:38pm: call back. Tell them I ordered 2 pizzas + cheesecake over an hour ago. The person answering asks the driver what is going on. Driver says he a) dropped my food off b) said someone in the building must have taken my food and c) says he didn't know where to drop my food off. So how did he deliver it? ? I work on the first floor. I wrote in my order instructions to leave the food at the front desk. Receptionists say my pizza was never delivered. Carbone's says they will remake my food and send it out.1:26pm: no food still. I call back. Now, the story is that they lost/never received my order. The food the driver was previously talking about was a hoagie someone else had ordered. They once again say they will make my order and deliver it. I am told my food will be comped, but, I already paid online?2pm: food finally arrives, 2.5 hours after I placed my order. Open the box, and it is not the pizza I ordered. I had asked for white sauce, and got red. The delivery driver didn't stick around for me to sign my receipt. I was planning to tip him, despite the above. I know gas is expensive, the weather is gross, and everyone is short staffedMarch 2022: My first delivery from Carbone's was great. Employees were great. Called to get clarification from me on my sandwich order. Delivery was great.4/5/22: order a hoagie. Happen to open my sandwich before taking a bite. Find a disposable condiment cup lid baked into my sandwich, between the cheese and the turkey. I call the store to let them know. Get very ??♀️ vibes.
Super chill. No complaints. Definitely will be returning! Fast service, no small talk, just good pizza and then go home. Only thing is it's kind of a weird location (hiding behind cedar liquors and next to a laundromat). Highly recommend especially if you'd rather not deal with forced small talk or waiting for your pizza forever. They have online ordering now too.
Way too long since I enjoyed a Carbone's pizza. Delicious pizza, friendly staff. I won't wait long till next time. Thank you, Carbon's of Bloomington!
I ordered a chicken dinner all white meat..it came 1/2 and 1/2 When I called they said that they would be over and replace the food and they never came. When I called they hung up on me.said that they were closed and didn't care told me to call the owner tomorrow and to go screw myself....not great chicken anyway it was cold and the customer service was horrible..don't waste your time or money
One of the worst pizza place in town. They probably buy the pizza base i.e. the dough from Walmart at cheapest rate possible. And they give very minimal meat.Cheap frozen pizza is better than the pizza from this place
Been calling, calling, and calling... No one answers the phone. Ridiculous, if you're busy, you pick up and put somome on hold. So mabey they aren't open anymore, I don't know...(Update to the reply from owner): We were calling because we had allergy questions before we came to dine in. We were not looking to place an order.
Love the pizza. I order all the time however with every order they always seem to forget my drinks. This time I called about it because I was overly frustrated with them and the guy was rude and told me they can bring it later because their busy. Look I waited and paid like everyone else. To me this is stealing. Took my money but didn't get what I paid for.
I order two pizzas yesterday, October 29 and all can say is DELISH!! Your pizza taste like real pizza! I had the chicken, shrimp, & mushroom pizza. The shrimp was good amount on the pizza. And the service and the delivery driver were great. The delivery is very personable & friendly with a great smile! I will be ordering again very soon!
