Customer service was great. Space is inviting and peaceful. A true space to get work done and meetings fulfilled. Conference spaces in the cafe to host bigger groups. Capital One offers a lot to its cardholders. This space is truly a gift to its cardholders and the community. I can’t wait to see what else they do with this space.
Owen was amazing. Great customer service. My family and I felt welcomed. My wife forgot her card but Owen was able to give it to us for free. He deserves a raise and a bonus. Also, Alyssa and Mikeayla were wonderful. Sorry if I missed spelled her name wrong. They made our drink with passion. Thank you guys for making our experience a wonderful experience.
Great coffee shop with a cool, modern aesthetic. Comfortable and relaxing spot to lounge, work, or take a break from walking around the mall. Drinks are very good, and the 50% discount for Capital One customers makes it even better. Despite being associated with Capital One, they don't push the banking aspect at all, or try to sell you any financial products if you're not interested. That said, they seem really well equipped to help banking customers with their needs. Who wouldn't want their bank to also be a coffee shop?
I saw a sign for coffee and made an immediate detour. Walked in and was greeted by an employee that asked what I was looking for. I explained my seeing sign for coffee and was told good. It was explained to me that this was a Capital One Bank and Café. I had only heard via television commercials about these, had never seen one. I explained my main reason for interest and my wanting of coffee. I was taken to counter, allowed to order, got a big discount using my Capital One card to pay. Got coffee, all was good.
Awesome place to bank and even just relax! The Team at Capital One Cafe is very efficient and extremely helpful. The service I received from the manager Justin is unparalleled. And the Cafe is very inviting. Need to get a credit card or just be in a great space with awesome vibes then head to the capitol One Cafe in MOA!
Cute and nice place to do work. Its inside the mall but it’s quiet and secluded. I’m a card holder so I got 50% off the cafe drinks which was a nice surprise and the employees were all friendly
They are located in the south side of the building with building number S132. It's a wonderful place for your Capital Bank as well as credit card solution. Ty and Rob are two wonderful professional as all in one Banker as well as pretty cool friends too. They have a cafe in there as the name suggests and also have free wifi. You can definitely hang out here not only for banking stuff but can also be used as a alternative to Starbucks. And other great deal is you get 50% off on any purchase in the cafe with your Capital One card.A five star experience overall. Keep up the good work.

A nice cozy spot for comfortable vibe and tasty treats (50% off with a CO card).The staff was so welcoming and friendly! I wish I had found this spot earlier. Got a large matcha latte and a cute piggy pin from the wall.
I needed a place to take a work call, and the cafe employees were incredibly helpful, kind, and considerate. The private pods were closed due to pandemic, so I had to find an alternative. They went out of their way to help me, and I really appreciate it. Interesting cafe concept, I hope they succeed.
