If you want Mexican, this is a good option in the mall. As other reviews noted, the meats are a bit dry and under seasoned. However, they have a wide selection of sauces and you can doctor up most of the menu items. We ordered a side of queso for $2 and that helped flavor all the items. The nachos were a large portion and had good flavor. Overall, not bad for a food court meal.
I just drove over 10 miles to bring back 2 orders of Birria beef Taco's and an order of nachos to my family! my youngest (again) claimed they were the best thing he has ever had! How would have thought I would be getting takeout from the third floor of a MALL!! way to go Bussin! we will defiantly be back! Cant wait for the leftover tortilla left over at the bottom of what was left of the nachos! NEXTLEVEL!!!
Run, don't walk to get your birria taco fix at Bussin' Birria. Flavor is exceptional! Also, the best nachos I've ever had and my husband agrees. They throw a tortilla on the bottom of the plate that captures the morsels and juices, so you can just roll it up and eat it later. Genius!!

I liked the chicken taco the best but the beef was good too. It comes with consommé and a small side if salsa. I used both to dip my tacos in. The medium salsa was my favorite.You place your order through a touchscreen kiosk so they move pretty quickly. I found the order system to be pretty straightforward. No cash accepted, card payments only. You put a name for your order and they’ll call your name when it’s ready. It took a few minutes for my tacos to come out because they were super busy. I was there on a Sunday afternoon in June.
It was bussin until I found a blonde hair wrapped up in the beef that I hope I wasn’t eating parts of it before I noticed and it continued to come out from the meat when I pulled on it…. Also I don’t have blonde hair That’s just so gross and my first experience never going back
Pretty terrible experiance. Staff working was uninviting and cold. Birria tacos is a very misleading name and should not be confused with quesabirria tacos. For the $15 dollars for three tacos, they were extremely small, the filling was non-existant and the shell was as if it had been "left out for a week stale". Next time play it safe and head over to Panda instead.EDIT: They were also not busy. We were the only customers there and they were just talking to each other while we stood there for a good several minutes-We literally had to ask them if they were closed because they ingnored us standing there, it was not until we asked then if they were closed and cleaning up, that they said it was self order kiosk.
The food itself the actual Birria tacos are really good 5.00 a taco good? Debatable. The chicken street taco was dry bland and boring.There service is worse then have a tablet you order on. No one says hi or ask if you need help. Considering your in a tourist trap might want to ask. Instead they roll there eyes because they have to work I guess. The only thing they said was my name when they called out. No thank for spending 30.00 on tacos. I was going to ask questions. As I have never had it before but I could tell there was no point. There are much better options at the MOA. Go there
Hands down the BEST food at MOA. Everything tastes so fresh, thoughtful and delicious. Even their tortillas are the bomb (I found out they're made for Bussin' by a local Lake Street business, cool!). And speaking of tortillas, the GENIUS idea to sneak one underneath the nachos to wrap up all the yummy bits when you're done is - spectacular. Can't wait to try everything on the menu, and bring my Vegan pals too.
I work at the mall. Me and my coworkers are OBSESSED with the tacos and the nachos. I’ve had the street tacos with dipping sauce and OMG. Never had a dipping sauce for tacos! Fantastic. It’s a must try. The nachos are also yummy ..literally layers of stuff in there with a perfectly seasoned cheese sauce (not too spicy and not bland). I double dipped my chips in BOTH cheese/taco dip sauces. Just trust and double dip! This is not Taco Bell . Ask questions. Look at the food right in front of you before you order. The food is amazing! Everything is fresh and perfect. My favorite thing to do, besides having an orgasm while eating the vegan queso is to drink the consume after my tacos are destroyed by my stomach. Just drink it like a tea or coffee. No utensils required. I absolutely delight in sharing Bussin Birria with my friends and watching their minds blow.
