Used this location twice for kids on the run in past week. Used mobile app ahead and upon arrival was told to pull around and park. Took 25 minutes first time and 22 minutes wait second for two sandwiches. Yet drive through folks got done much sooner. Will not return.
For an overpriced chicken sandwich I’d expect some level of quality. Instead what I got was a soggy old patty then when I rearranged the uneven lettuce I found a hair in it! On a side note I worked here years back and considered it one of my worst jobs ever…
11:30pm June 21st, I had asked for a fried chicken and a fish sandwiches for the 2 for 5. I check my food and my food looked overcooked and darker than usual, black burnt crumbs on my chicken and fish sandwich. When I headed back to the restaurant this short Hispanic women with dyed red-brownish hair said that the oil was recently changed and that shouldn't be a problem. I worked at franchise food before. Obviously she was lying to me while the restaurant was getting smoked from the fryer oil. I told her I wanted refund, although she gave no receipt when I asked for it. She called the cops because we caught her in her lie.
Absolutely horrible. The guy didn't answer at the drive thru, asked what I wanted 5 times at the window, told me to pull around to the front and finally brought food after 10 minutes waiting bit forgot my drink. Told him for the 6th time what I wanted, brought me the lemonade after another few minutes but didn't bring the straw. Will not return

Went there for breakfast. The hash browns were hard. Had to wait because I ordered chicken fries. Even though there is a coupon on the app and they served it... couldn't use it until 1030am. Weird. Took extra long to get my order even though there were no customers... eventually was told they chicken fingers were not cooked right and had to start all over. Well at least they caught that before giving me the food.
NOT WHAT I WAS THINKING I'D GET. DON'T FORGET YOU'RE NOT BUYING A COMMERCIAL! IT WON'T LOOK IR TASTE LIK NWHAT YOU SEE! Mushrooms? Onions? Toasted bread? No, no, I don't know...Not what I wanted! Won't buy again. "New whopper melt thing" mushrooms, onions and cheese. Yuck!
THE WORST BURGER KING IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. NOT ONLY did they not give my debit card back, THEY USED IT TWO OTHER TIMES AND I WAS CHARGED FOR $20 food that isn’t mine. The customer service is ghetto and unprofessional!! After going all the way back to get my debit card, they couldn’t even add up the two totals I was charged that wasn’t mine for a full refund because obviously simple math is challenging. Lucky I didn’t call the cops and report card fraud.
Very good variety of hamburgers, very tasty, as well as ice cream and other types of food. Customer service is very good
Clean facility, we were the only ones dining in at the time. Our cashier was out of a serial killer movie. He had a heavy winter coat on and the hood up (the kind of hood that buries the face deep within the hood). So we couldn’t hear him speak, nor could he hear us giving our order.
