I got food poisoning after eating there whopper
Five stars but the staff seem stressed as heck and it can rub off on the customers bit. The fries and whopper were hot though and the mall markup on prices seemed reasonable.

I ordered on line for delivery at 6:30 pm it is now 8:30 pm no delivery. Called they said it was on its way that was at 8:00 pm they close at 8:00. No way to get a refund. I will never order from this rip-off place again. $42.00 dollar scam. Pathetic to say the least.
Everytime I come I spend 30 minutes waiting so I don’t even get to eat it on my lunch break. The Managers don’t know anything and the cooks move slow like they’re on some type of drug I tried to hold back on leaving a review but EVERYTIME i come here there’s a problem literally because the managers are clueless on how to do their jobs.
Did not prepare mobile order until it was called up at the pickup counter. Totally unacceptable; mobile orders are supposed to jump the line, not wait.

Very busy today on the north side of the Mall next to Chik- Fila which had about 50 people waiting in line at 2 p.m.
The service is very prejudice, the manager did not do his job. They served us cold whoppers and we ordered a Hershey sundae pie which was not included in the bag. So we took the whoppers back and the manager said you Indians are just trying to get a free meal. I worked in a variety of restaurants and your always supposed to make the customer feel like they are served with the highest quality. Especially being a manager you are supposed to correct the problem and not judge the customer. We're all equal so I will never being going back to this Burger King ever in my lifetime. He also got very offended when I took a picture of him. I wanted everyone to know who this prejudice employee was. I felt very much offended by his judgemental self.
