Out of ketchup. 1 of 2 fountain machines didn't work. Machine that did work, soda was flat. Shake machine didn't work. Food was cold.Staff was friendly.
Everything very fresh and hot. I don't often crave Burger King anymore because of consistently bad quality but I drive by the Burger King near my house and drive an extra 4 miles to eat at this one.
Ordered online. Asked for mayo and ketchup packs but received grape jelly packs. Wasn't really good with my food. But I love grape jelly so 5 Stars.
Food is usually really good here. I placed a mobile order at 7:05 since they were supposed to open at 7. I waited until 7:30 before anyone showed up and then they told me they opened at 8. I had to work at 8 so I needed to cancel my order and they told me I had to do it they couldn't. And come to find out the app does not support order canceling so I basically got robbed $9 and my time for their mess up.
Great! I order occasionally from here for lunch for me and my family. Food is usually good except for the one time my cheesy tots arrived cold... but other then that the food is good. They deliver and the drivers are nice people. I love the food there, especially the new halloween ghost pepper chicken nuggets. Although I was thinking they would be a lot more spicier. .
They were supposed to honor a free chiking sandwich today and they did not they said online orders only when it was supposed to be walk in drive through or online orders, very long line today and no one got a free sandwich today at the drive through , here’s a pic of the news article honoring a free chiking sandwich so disappointed!
I only go during breakfast but boy o boy do they nail that service and cooking. Seems to always be the same staff who are polite even when you hear customers being terrible people. I would tell anyone the Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissants are a can't miss item with potato bites.
Food is ok the service is not great. Everytime I go there they forget something at it is a pain trying to get your right food or even sauces. Make sure to keep the receipt because they will for get and they will make you prove you bought food.
The people were nice and the food was good . My son is a burger guy so its great when he tries a new place and it all works out!!
