Pretty nice place. Workers are pretty nice and the food is served pretty quickly. The fries has some good seasoning. Ordered the dry rub wings and they were tasty. Would visit again.
The surprise here us the wings. They are juicy and crispy. We got the Buffalo and the dry rub and they were both delicious. The burger was juicy and cooked well. Nice beefy flavor and the bun is perfect. Not too much, just enough bun to compliment the beef. Fries were really good, only thing was it was serve to us warm. Would definitely take this over Shake Shack.Service - 9.0Food - 8.3Value - 8.5Overall - 8.5
Ordered a gluten free classic burger with a gluten free bun. My experience was meh. I could take it or leave it. The burger patty was pretty tasteless and the bun was extremely dry. Was it worth the price of ~$10 each? Maybe. Will I be here again? Probably not.
Our family visited Mall of America this past Saturday. We were nearing the end of our time there and feeling very hungry, so we arbitrarily chose a place in the food court based on their Google rating, and the fact that everyone in our family loves burgers. When we walked in mid afternoon it did not look very promising inside the restaurant. There weren't any customers except for a handful of bar patrons and the restaurant was in somewhat of disarray.I went to the bartender to place my order, as he was initially the only employee in site. She was very nice but as I started ordering he had to interrupt me to inform me of numerous things that they were out of. These were significant components to our orders too: Burger sauce, bacon, and the salad I was so looking forward to wasn't possible because they were out of lettuce! I was so tired that I decided just to make the best of it, rather than go somewhere else. Luckily they had numerous sauce options that all sounded delicious, it was easy to choose a replacement for the burger sauce. Instead of a salad I went with a half dozen wings. It was nice that they had that option where my small appetite. We sat down at a table and our food arrived only minutes later much to our surprise. When we started eating.. all of our potential regrets disappeared. Everything was incredible. The french fries were something out of a dream. They were home-fries style, the perfect combination of crispy and greasy, and had been sprinkled with a delicious seasoning mix. The bartender had recommended the truffle Ali for dipping, and he was on the money. All four of us agreed that we could have eaten it with a spoon. But the burgers oh my gosh the burgers were the real Superstar here. They were simply incredible! I'm so glad that we stayed and gave this place a chance we'll definitely be going back and hopefully next time they'll even have bacon!
I hate leaving bad reviews, but, it'd be a lie to say anything else.It was decently busy but we were 3rd in line. Waited THIRTY FIVE minutes for takeout to come. Zero communication from all the grumpy looking teenagers. No thanks or eye contact. When my sister got her order she asked about an update on mine and the girl said it takes longer because it's a big order... I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers and some deep fried appetizer.I would have ignored the service if the food was fresh but unfortunately (as seen in the picture) it was room temperature and dry.
Nice place to eat a burger in the mall. Taste wise it is not bad. I would not say it's not so good but it's not bad either. The BEST thing is they provide a free glass of soda to refill.
Amazingly delicious burgers and fries. Sauces give extra dimensions of flavor such that the sides were not just a filler. Definitely busy, but ordering and waiting wasn't bad. Definitely will return and highly recommend the John Waybe burger.
Their burgers are amazing, they're fries are totally addictive, their shakes are incredibly sugary and worth it. My only issue is their food is incredibly salty so if you have issues with that you may want to talk with the person at the register or avoid it all together.
Service was friendly and the food was good.B.A.M.FBig and Meaty Fun. Gluten Free Bun, Beef Patty, Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onion, Dill Pickle Slices, Sauce, Crispy French Fry Ends, BaconAnimal fries were really good too, but think a little zip/tang would finish it. Something like some dill pickle chips or pickled jalapeños.The shake was good and we also got a soda. We ordered a coke, and learned they only had Pepsi in their machine... fine, Dr pepper works in a pinch... no dr pepper on the menu either ?. A few of the flavors the machine did offer were out of stock, but Mtn dew works. We had to wipe down our own table as the first 3 we looked at were dirty. Not a huge deal, I get it, staffing is an issue across the country. The music was a good selection, mostly pop. My only substantial complaint is the music was too loud to talk to anyone at the table.I will return. This is a good place.
the Burge was pretty bland, but I did enjoy the sweet potatoes tots.
