GO! EAT! LUNCHTIME SPECIALS ROCK! We visited the Mall of Americas and got the hunger bug in us, so we decided to eat at a location familiar to our home in Texas. Jason was our server, and the guy simply ROCKS! He's hilarious! We spent over and hour going back and forth with him about the differences between Texas and Minnesota. He mentioned he had been on a recent trip to our state (city of Fort Worth) and he was fascinated by all the gun toting, longhorn having, and dancing cowboy's. He gave us some good information on where to visit outside of the mall, as well as some chilling facts on how cold it actually gets in Minnesota!? The food here was classic Buffalo Wild Wings. The Mall of America must have high standards for their vendors, as the food was ironically better here that our location in Mesquite, Texas. I tickled Jason by telling him the next time he comes down to Texas that he needs to head east and take the boat hunting tour in the helicopter ride. Told him he could get up a few hundred feet in the air with an AR-15 and shoot him up some wild boar ?! I think that made his day, as he did with my family! Go visit here!
I have never in my life met hostesses so uninterested in hosting! My party of 3 had to wait for the hostess to finish her text conversation before we were acknowledged. I was then handed a menu and told to find a table in the back. Our waitress was super nice and the food was descent, but the "face" of the restaurant needs a serious attitude adjustment
When we arrived, it was a little after 11am. Not too busy. The staff was all sitting at a table in the corner (5 total). A manager was talking off to the side. Took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Food came out warm but not hot and fresh. Then our waiter didn’t come back until 10 minutes after we finished eating. He was too glued to his phone at the table in the bar. Never got a second drink because he didn’t even offer. I wouldn’t McEnroe went anywhere else and waited. Maybe I would’ve got some service… You guys are a joke.
We arrived here at around 3:30 on Saturday April 9th, 2022. The EXTREMELY bored young lady behind the counter didn't even notice us as she had her head down on the podium, reading it on her arm and looked like she was about to take a nap. After a couple minutes of standing there, I finally said "excuse me". She just lifted her head and stared at us. So I told her we would like a table for 2. She replied in a very monotone, flat voice that there was a 15 to 20 minute wait as the restaurant was full (it was about 3/4 EMPTY). We decided to wait, at which time she says (again very flatly) "number" and started blankly at me. I guess my lack of a split second response angered her as she snapped at me about needing to text us when the table was ready. OK, we go walking around the corner and literally 2 minutes later we get a text that the table is ready. So back we go, only to be seated my an equally unenthusiastic young girl who took us to our seat, plopped a couple menus down and walls away without even so much as telling us our server would be with us shortly or enjoy our meal... Nothing. The wings we got were smothered in sauce on one side of the plate only with most of them being dry. The pulled brisket sandwich was not very flavorful and to top it all off, my husband and I were both sick within 10 minutes of eating there. Our server was awesome but seemed like he was spread too thin. I won't ever eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings again because of this experience. I gave one star because the server was great
Most ridiculous service have ever had at buffalo wild wings. We went to main area and the lady asked why we were there. Said 2 for our party . she acted all confused and pissed off we were there. Not very professional considering there was empty tables every where. How hard is it to be nice and seat someone without being a rude hostess
First time going here, didn't disappoint... ordered chicken salad a little to much dressing but tasty, ordered chicken tacos , kids had wings with medium sauce and fries plus mack and cheese, had to send back Mac and cheese because it was dry so we had some redone and it was perfect. Everyone ate everything very please. Even went to the local store when we got back home and got some medium Buffalo wild wings sauce.
So.. Let me get this right. I walked in sub 20 degree weather and 30 mph gusts to the Mall from my hotel because Google said y'all close at 9. I get to the Mall, and the Mall directory said y'all close at 9. It was 7:45... During March Madness.. on a SATURDAY during the games.. and y'all were closing? What time did you shut down the dining room to have it completely empty at 7:45? Insanely disappointing. There were people everywhere, every other restaurant was busy, so I don't get it. I ended up having a great meal and enjoyed the game elsewhere, but I really just wanted wings.
Great food and service! Plenty of tvs to watch sports! Could have been a little more cleaner in the restaurant and bathroom...
Buffalo Wild Wings at MOA should not be in business. They obviously do not train their staff in any customer service. It's like they are encouraged to be rude and just do their own thing. I've had bad experiences there before, but decided to try it again because my nine year old suggested it. The rude hostess sat us at a dirty table, then just walks away. I'm like what the heck and flag her down, point at the dirty table, and she just stands there for a while before going to get a rag. After waiting ten minutes we put our order in. My daughter accidently spills her drink on the table. We literally tried to flag someone down for 15 minutes. I finally see my server just standing there BSing with a co-worker. We just got up and left. Only time I have ever done that at a restaurant. Will not be back.
Horrible. Almost completely empty, maybe a third of the place seated, they said we had a fifteen minute wait, and that they would text us when our table was ready. Its been over an hour. No text. ****and they let in a child who was throwing the biggest, longest, loudest tantrum, hitting his parents****. So unprofessional, im never even walking past that hell hole again.
