This place is joke. I’ve been in the drive for 22 minutes now.Had mold on my #3 bun so I called Eco Lab.It’s one thing to wait a long time but another story when the person that pulls your buns for the following day didn’t even notice an expo date…
This place DESERVES one star but I’m giving it three because the manager here is clearly the only one holding this place together. The manager is the only one with a decent work ethic here. Please continue to be a great leader here, this place clearly needs it.
Drive-thru was BUSY on a Friday afternoon about 1:45-2:00. Quite a long wait with about 6-7 cars ahead of me.Food was great, server was pleasant.
Sucks that every time we go to this location they mess up the order. Called this last time, super rude and no apology for their mistake. Drive way back with gas prices. No to mention it was an allergy issue. Guess they could care less.
Great food it was hot and made fresh. Great customer service and friendly staff and clean restaurant.
Got my first sandwich wrong. I went right back around through drive through and asked for it to be correct and got the exact same thing mistake but now without the bacon or crispy onion. I can’t eat this red ranch sauce.
There are lots of room for improvement.I didn't want to add salt to injury. Read some of the reviews. But since you asked for one in your response, here is one respectfully:Perhaps you could send a secret shopper to see for yourself. Training in professional customer service and attitude to start. I ordered a French dip and didn’t get the dip. I’ve had a few orders in the last several where my order was in the bag, but my wife’s wasn’t, even though we paid for it. This place is always busy and clearly understaffed (the lobby hasn’t been open since COVID started) so we’ve been trying to give them a pass and return as customers but I think we are done with this place for a while. The employees are friendly, but either under trained or enjoying too many “smoke” breaks.
They have some good costumer service but the food and staff is low also the hours are funky.. still good for happy hour tho!
