Went today and on one of the burgers there was a piece of plastic my fiance almost chocked to death on. We asked for dipping sauce and never got it. Called and manager was extremely rude. Won't be coming back.
this place got slow service but it worth it. Plus they gave us fresh strawberry sprite. Yo shoutout
Visited here on my bicycle ride went to open the door it was locked. No sign stating the The lobby was closed hours were posted it was open till 11 PM it was 630 or so they watched me try to open the door and ignored me when I knocked pretend I wasn’t there because I saw them look at me and look away then I called them up on the phone and asked them why their Door was locked they told me the lobbies closed we only have two people working. (Is from what I can remember growing up and working in fast food it was only me and the cook running the show we never closed the lobby It was not until Covid this was acceptable. Not because of short staff) when the manager answered the phone I asked him what can I do to get some food since your lobby is closed he told me if you’re not in a car you’re not getting any food. He was very rude about it raised his voice with me I don’t typically like to leave reviews like this but I believe this needs to be spoken about I did call corporate as well they were very concerned about what happened I will not be returning to this location if this person is working here
So this was my very first time going to White Castle. Lady was super rude while taking my order, took 12 minutes just to pay for my food and then when I finally got my food literally everything was cold……… not to mention food was absolutely disgusting!!! I am never coming back or any White Castle at all, I definitely do not recommend this to anyone. I hate Burger King and still waaaaaaaay rather have that then this place. What a shame honestly…….
White Castle has been a part of my life since I was a kid. It's the "crave" that brings me back. And for years, White Castle was the ONLY place to get those late night cravings filled.Well... after doing one of our shows last night, driving home, 3 of us had cravings. We checked out Perkins, Denny's, Wendy's, and Taco Bell, but they were all closed at 2:30am. There was only ONE place to turn to... it was well out of our way... but we had the "crave". The guys working were awesome and had good attitudes despite what drunks they've been dealing with.10 sliders and 3 desserts satisfied our cravings like no other place could have. We are grateful to White Castle.White Castle is once again the ONLY place to Crave late at night.
Place was clean for a change. Even the bathroom were clean. Tried the 1921 burger. Not worth $2. Tomatoe on them were gross. They were picked to early and ripened in transit. Mushy texture with no flavor. Chicken with cheese was great. Not over cooked. Still moist inside. Drink dispenser only had 3 choices because all other were out.
The staff here is really irresponsible and just bad at their jobs. I try to be supportive when I can but these people are rude and flat out refused to do an order of a crave clutch, an item on their menu at 6 pm. They're open until 10pm or later. I'm definitely reporting it to corporate.
Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! I got in line with 4 cars in front of me last night at 12:14. I ordered 2 dbl cheese, from start to finish it took 66 minutes!!!!!!!!!! YES It took 1 hour and 6 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!! I was ready to cancel my order and get breakfast. What is the problem?????????????
Food was so good.The lady who helped us was an absolute delight! She was super sweet and extremely friendly.
