Terrible experience on the morning of 7/16, shouldnt be a trial to give you my money. You lost my business. Looked online and saw you open at 630 am, so I went after I finished an overnight really looking forward to some breakfast. Waited until 635 or so to give them a minute and went to the door. It was locked but no sign that would conveniently give hours for drive through and lobby. Went back to my car and checked the hours again on maps, said 630, checked the website and it said 630 was for the drive through. Okay, went through the drive through, no response after sitting there for 5 minutes. Called the store, no response after several minutes of ringing. Tried the drive through again. Nothing. Left after that. Spent 20 minutes trying to just get some breakfast after working all night. I shouldn't have to work more to give you money for a simple sandwhich. And a response from the workers at any point would have solved it but it seems like they really dont care.

I waited 17 mins to give my order and another 8 to pay.... plus 3 to get my food. My lunch break is over and I now will be written up do to a half hr that it took to get through the drive thru. This is unacceptable. I also couldn't back up or leave as some huge diesel truck was blocking the way.

This Wendy’s has the WORST staff I’ve ever seen. I’m a dasher and they constantly keep me waiting up to 40 minutes every time. They’re always extremely rude for no reason too, like I’ve been waiting here for almost an hour for a 5 dollar order and you have the audacity to be rude to ME! I actively avoid this Wendy’s in particular for this, and I highly recommend everyone else does the same

The place is really good during the day. As soon as the night shift takes over (after 8) you have to wait forever and they say they have to catch up on orders. No one else is in the drive thru or the lobby???

I really enjoy the freshness of the toppings, I think that makes a huge difference on the burger. My only complaint is that the Wendy's app allowed an order for in store dining, but st the store the dining room was locked. Not fun on a rainy day.

Waited for over 30 minutes for food. Guy sitting in drive thru window backwards.... Lady was nice but it was one of the worst experiences at a drive thru ever... Had our baby and 4 year old with us so it felt like a lifetime waiting. Food wasn't even that warm or fresh.

The drive threw line wasn't long.. I was 3rd or 4th in line. They did apologize as the 2 cars had very large orders. But by the time.. I had waited almost 15mins.. and got my food it was cold. They didn't say thank you, smile or anything.. just looked tired and annoyed at the window. Definitely could have went to any other place.. and had a better experience. Wendy's is no longer my go to.

Seemed like the workers on the night shift either didn't care about or didn't know how to do their job. Usually I have consistent service here, but after my last visit, I won't be going back

This place is awesome! I would've given them 4 stars but they made their fries better! One thing I REALLY wish they could do is make their chicken sandwich meals have the same crispiness and size as the spicy chicken sandwiches, because I just get disappointed when it's a smaller portion and uses a simple patty.

This Wendy's seemed pretty average. The wait time in the drive through didn't take that long. The girl at the window didn't say one word to me or tell me what the total was before taking my payment which felt odd. Food was decent.
