Only thing opened is the drive thru. Cashier didn't bother to read back our order so we didn't know if they got it or it was correct or even being made the correct way. I wasn't very impressed the tacos seemed to be just slapped together wasn't the quality if cone to expect from taco John's with taco bell across the street I know where I'll go next time.
Terrible service seems like no management here. Guy taking order seems stoned the quesadilla look like they dug it out of the trash as pictured they should be embarrassed serving that it went right into my trash. Tacos where cold potatoes oles under seasoned. Also if dinning area is always closed put up a sign at least. Bottom line go somewhere else.
If I could give zero stars I would. First off the kid at the window got our order completely wrong we ordered 2 combo meals. We never got our potato oles we tried to go inside and the door was locked. When we called the manager was extremely rude. We went back through the drive through and asked to speak to the manager as the kid at the window only had one combo on there but 3 pops 2 large one medium which we didn't order. When they gave us the potato oles they were cold and soggy. My burrito Supreme had no meat or lettuce. It was extremely terrible will never go to this location again. The managers attitude and the attitude of the kid at the window were completely horrible.
Wanted to say how impressed I was with the young gentleman working the drive thru today. Well mannered and timely service. Good professional employee. Food was fabulous.
Horrible experience. We pulled up to the drive through for an early dinner (we had to miss lunch due to daughters tournament and were very hungry) and sat there for about 5 minutes. We spoke up a number of times, but never received service (indoor seating was closed so we were unable to go in). When we pulled around, we saw a few people inside through the windows, but couldn't tell what they were doing. I have no idea about the food though, just the service.
My stuffed grilled taco had barely any beef. Half the taco was only cheese and sour cream. I wasn't given any napkins and my drink was 3/4 ice. I did get my food quickly and it was all hot. The potato oles were fresh and crispy.
Ordered our meals, got to the window and we were charged $4 more than menu price for one of the meals. Had to ask for drinks… twice. Got our food and was missing one order of potato oles. The one we got was cold and soggy. The window clerks were useless when we asked about the price difference and called over the manager who said “oh that started today”. She asked for the receipt to do a refund and walked away after mins the clerk came to the window with a bag of oles and shut the window without anything being said. Seriously never leave reviews or complain, but wow!!!
I have never been so unhappy with a fast food place in my life!!! First I can't read there menu because I'm blind and it's a million miles away from the curb (not mad about that) so I was apparently taking to long to order because I got the most disrespectful drive thru person I had ever met had an attitude the whole time I was ordering. Then I order a boss burrito with STEAK and I get a beans and rice burrito, then I order a Lipton sweet tea and I get unsweetened tea thee utmost worst experience ever
Don't come here your order will be wrong, you will be missing items, given things you didn't order in place of what you did. Rude staff that don't say a word at the window. Argumentative that what they added to your burrito didn't cost money even though you didn't order it. Shameful. Go to Maple Grove and dine in, worth the drive and time to avoid this horribly managed location.
Only 2 people working. Went to drive-thru. Ordered 5 snack chicken quesadillas. Got 2 hard shell tacos, just meat and lettuce. Also got 3 soft taco. meat, cheese and lettuce. Call the store, was told to call back tomorrow since they are too busy. Not good customer service
