Ordered online and my food was given to someone else who then came back to get her correct order, the employee asked if I wanted my food remade and I simply said “yes please” as is it illegal to serve me food that was already served to another customer. The workers did not remade my food they put it in a new bag to make it look like they did. Very unimpressed and frustrated
Ridiculously slow.. waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before even acknowledged, then told to use the kiosk because they didn't want to help the heap of people gathering inside. Badly managed location for sure.
Ordered 5 hardshell tacos and 2 of them didn't even have a teaspoon of meat, just cheese and lettuce. I ordered a grilled steak supreme burrito and it was just a little bit of burger in cheese sauce! Don't bother stopping here!
Poor customer service. And my goodness the food was just not what it use to be. I got the burrito bowl and it was a very small portion with no taste. Not to mention that my order was made wrong. I am very disappointed.
Slowest fast food experience I've ever had. Took nearly 30 minutes to get food after ordering. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant. Couldn't even believe it! Sadly I think that will be our last time at Taco Bell, too many bad experiences now.
Went to the drive through at 10 AM after putting in a mobile order for their breakfast menu, and they refused to serve me my order, and I prepaid. They didn’t give me any reasons why they weren’t serving breakfast that day in particular. Won’t go to this location ever again.
They sure charge a lot but the toppings in your food is minimum! $16 on four tacos with nothing in there! Plus the line was empty so know hurry. Thanks guys
Food tasted fine but apparently this taco bell won't make your mobile order till you arrive. What is the point of order ahead if you won't get it when it's supposed to be ready. Plus the window lady was super rude about it. I get being understaffed and stressed but to take it out on a costumer isn't a good look.
Went thru drive thru tonight for an order of $26 and paid with $100. When got home noticed i was shorted $20 on change given back. Went thru drive thru at about 7:25pm. Order was also also incorrect was given hardshells when ordered soft shells. Looki g for someone to reach out to me to remedy the incorrect changed given back.
If you’re going through the drive through, don’t even bother asking for sauce. Don’t forget the awesome attitude from the employees. Love Taco Bell but the employees at this location are questionable.
