You try working fast food shifts at 1am. Food was hot, well prepared and delicious. Staff was pleasant despite numerous cars in line on a late Friday night. No complaints.
When you go to Taco Bell, you want your food fast and the order correct. That wasn’t my experience here, to start with. The app double charged me and one of the morning managers I spoke with told me I had to go through the app but I didn’t have an account, so I felt a little hopeless. Someone emailed me and told me they’d send out coupons, but I never got anything. I called and the store and spoke with the Manager, Alex, who was the kindest person I’ve ever talked to at a TBell. He told me he had my back and to come on in and get this corrected tonight. I don’t normally leave reviews, and I gotta say I normally don’t complain when mistakes happen because EVERYONE makes mistakes, but the way he went above and beyond to make sure I had a decent experience when nobody else would listen to me spoke VOLUMES to the potential this man has and the quality of service he’s willing to give. If anyone important reads this, you have a good employee. I’m not just saying that because I got free food, but because I was heard, and the problem was corrected without making me feel like I was in the wrong. Thank you for making today a little more tolerable, Alex!
Very unprofessional drive thru experience. Ordered the food it was fine. But when I received the drinks, one of the drinks were overfilled and ended up spilling everywhere in the car. So that was annoying to clean up/put the straw in. Literally had to bring the drink outside in order to put the straw in. When I received the bag of food, it was in a crumpled bag and of course didn't include the sauce requested or didn't even ask again. I don't really plan to go here again at least not for breakfast.
Review for the “toasted cheddar” chalupa. This has to be the single worst item I’ve ever received from a fast food restaurant. One bite just to prove what my eyes told me and then straight in the trash. Surely this can’t be how it was intended to be served. This location is pretty hit or miss on quality. Tonight was a major miss.
Usually busy, mistakes are often made, but for the most part you will get what you ordered. Also they never sent the refund coupons like they say they will, which is stupid because I am tired of calling them on their mistakes. If I pay you to give me something, I expect to receive it.
I love Taco Bell. It's flavorful, affordable, and convenient. Usually it's my guilty pleasure every couple of weeks but there are times especially when they release new items like the Named Chicken Chalupa where it's hard to resist more and more visits. I grew up on Cheesaritos and hope the afterlife provides unlimited Grilled Stuffed Burritos!
This must have been the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too this is Friday afternoon I sat and waited from 2:20pm till 2:30pm waiting for somebody to take my order nothing happened I shouldn't have to speak up I went across the parking lot to Arby's lickety split and I was out the door. Arby's had better customer service and you know what I got my money's worth holy cats the sandwich they together wowzers.
Placed a mobile order at 1:30am when it said they closed at 2am for that day, got there within 5 minutes, saw workers inside yet nobody would answer the speaker (which kinda looked like somebody crashed their car into)... so we drove up to the window and nobody would wait on us. Another guy pulled into the drive thru behind us and said nobody was answering him either so we canceled the order and left. Usually this location is fine but they shouldn't be closing 30 minutes early. Change the hours on Google if you're not going to serve people after a certain time.
Terrible!! My Taco Bell app went all the way through and then it wouldn't check out. I went in the store and the workers couldn't get it to work either. They wouldn't let me get the combo I was trying to order online unless we could get it to work. I finally walked out and went next door to Arby's.I don't know if I'll go back to Taco Bell unless they get their app fixed. We want the $5.00 chalupa box otherwise those items are too expensive. It happened last week too at theNE Minneapolis location. The manager there was very rude and unhelpful to everyone that was in their building. Not happy with Taco Bell lately??
Three times working nights I have gone there and waited 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through for the two young employees, (male & female) to walk out of the back room. Not gonna say more but if its after 11:30pm go to the Kwik Trip on Lake Drive instead.
