Terrible! Ordered 6 taco Supreme and never received Supreme. $20 for 6 tacos? Called and spoke with the manager and he was supposed to mail out a certificate. Never received.
Went through drive thru around 11:50pm on 4/13 and the man working the window was very nice and all of our food was fresh! Super nice because sometimes we get chulupas and the are hard (have to ask for fresh ones) but I did not have to tonight and had great customer service!!
I went into this Taco Bell at 10:35pm when online it says they close at midnight to get food for my family. I ordered 4 spicy potato soft taco's, a beef chalua, 2 five layer burrito's, 2 Mtn Dews and a 12 pack of Cinnamon Delights. The whole experience was horrible!! The standerd sauce that's supposed to be on spicy potato soft taco was missing on all 4 taco's, the chalupa had no tomatoes and barely any meat, literally not more than 3Tbsp. The 5 layer burrito's turned out to be "4 layer burrito's" because they had no sour cream and were cold, the Mtn Dew when originally given to me was out of syrup and instead of changing it they said I had to pick a new pop because they were closing soon", last but not least, the Cinnamon Delight's we're old, hard and cold. I even tried calling to complain within 10ish min from ordering the food to complain and the message on the phone said nobody was there to help me. I will be calling back in the morning!!
Great staff food is always great and fresh tastes great but the staff always have technical issues but still try they're best there fryers are always down but they will still work with you to satisfy you
They are very courtesy good place for fast food but sometimes they forget to complete the items inside to go bag.
Waited in line for 20 min for 6 tacos and 2 cheese roll ups. At 11pm. At least the order was correct. And kid working was nice
Been waiting in the Drive through for over 25 minutes with no movement. They must only have one employee because I watched an employee go out for a cigarette and the line started to move when they returned from break ??
I just got food from there today and got sick after like an hour!Do not eat there and the service is very badI am filing a report against this place
I feel terrible for the staff here as the store is always having system issues and the drive through constantly has a wrap around line. They do make mistakes on orders here and there which is bound to happen with such little amount of staff and such a big amount of orders coming in, but they are always so kind and will fix your order right away. They’re always sweet and you can tell they are trying their best.
I will never give this a five-star and not even close if 4 * is pushing it! Me and my son actually dined in here and the bathroom we had to wash our and Etc and it was so filthy! I understand that kids are usually the people who make up the workforce for fast food places so that's why I kind of give them a pass. Especially in this day and age when nobody wants to work at fast food places. At least we got good service and our food was right and properly proportion! But please take care of that filthy men's room also the the Flies drive me freaking crazy
