Love our new local Starbucks with the drive through service. Friendly, fast service. -1 Star for never being offered or asked for a protective cup sleeve for hot beverages when ordering to go coffee. If it's to go customers should automatically get a sleeve to prevent hands from getting too hot while holding, coffee is extremely hot and " to go" implies you will be carrying the cups in your hands instead of being seated and placing it on a table.
This is the BEST Starbucks around here. I go to this location extremely often and will sometimes stop in between two locations. Even if I’m grasping for time the baristas have always completed my order within minutes of me ordering and have delivered it to perfection.The dining area is a little small as I like to come here and hang out with friends during the school year and there sometimes will not be a lot of seating available.Each and every barista that I’ve ordered with is soo so so sweet and I want to be best friends with all of them ✋ I usually will order a refresher but I love their cold foam cold brews in caramel, pumpkin, and chocolate. They’re to die for and I’ve definitely converted my mom to order here over the nearby Caribou.
By far the best Starbucks in town. Always friendly and always consistent. The team here seems to work very well together!!!
i really liked the friendliness of my baristas my drink i ordered was not made correctly was offered to remake how ever i declined it was very clean store the baristas was very polite
Ordered a mocha frap and was given a cookie crumble frap (which I have allergies to ingredients in), ordered my sister a drink with lemonade and they made her drink the version without lemonade, I tried to redeem my stars for a free cup and told the girl at the register that at the beginning of the transaction. At the end of the transaction when she told me my total and I told her that I said I was redeeming my stars she said “you need to tell me that at the beginning so I have to start over.” It was just really unorganized and I left frustrated that I got a drink I couldn’t have and neither drink I ordered was correct.
The quality is always awesome and the employees are always friendly, no matter how early. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks in the cities.
Fast drive thru time. Wonderful service. Super helpful with the gift card situation I had. Great recommendations at the window, patience with the kids figuring out their orders (we’re Caribou junkies- but had gotten gift cards for here & wanted to try it out)
Super cheery and polite staff when I went thru the drive thru before close. Definitely a good crew working there tonight.
My latte was lukewarm at best. If you are paying that much for a latte or coffee, at the very least it should be hot.
I visit this location daily, if not twice per day. Baristas are always friendly and thorough. Service is fast, even though they're often very busy. Drive thru is quick and convenient. Best Starbucks in TC, in my opinion.
