Food is good but some of the people who work there are VERY rude and disrespectful. There was a guy, I believe a manager, who is a redhead and has a beard who gave me a terrible attitude. I know lunch can be very busy but I was very patient.
A pleasant experience, ordered in the app. Gift card worked, sandwich was properly prepped to my specifications, found on shelf ready when I arrived and still warm. Thank you, great job team!
I ordered online pick up through their own business website which I'd recommend if you can do with any restaurant vs. any third party business if you can and I had a really good experience. I'd recommend their "the wreck" sandwich and oreo shake, (which you get a cookie with) that in my opinion, is really good if you prefer short bread cookies! YUM

Their food is good. I like their sandwiches and soup. My favorite is the chicken pot pie soup. Their shakes are surprisingly delicious. They need help though just like everywhere else. Potbelly should try paying their employees a decent wage so they can stay staffed and open. They close early every day and you can never order online. Super annoying.
Love the food, but they're hours are very limited I am guessing do to staffing shortages.
Ordered delivery at 3pm. I don't know why a business would close at 4pm but they never made it out and texted me an hour later saying i would be refunded... Ill raise my review if my next experience is better but definitely not happy!
This location only opens from 10am-2pm. I stop by every week but it's closed. I saw sign that said under staff but there were 3 staffs inside and they are still closed.Something's wrong with this location management.
Never open! Close at 3 one day 4 another. How can you make plans? Google says 7 but they are NEVER OPEN
Never seen the line so long in my life. An I’ve been going here since they opened. Only online order was not the move. An this is sad because this was my favorite local spot close to me. Unfortunately will not be coming back till I can order in person. :(
