A lot of kids back there making the food. Wouldn't be worth pointing out, but they seemed to be focused a lot more on themselves more than their job and it shows in the quality of their pizzas.
Unimpressed with customer service, I didn't even stay to order. No greeting, so I continued with my question, got a one word answer so I prompted more info, another one word answer. I haven't been to a Papa Murphy's in years but definitely don't remember it being such a cold place, cool there's a gluten free option now but if there's not even enough care to communicate with a customer, I had zero confidence they would care enough to take gluten free protocols seriously. No thanks.
Ordered.2 pizzas.Called ahead said it would be ready.was not. Cowboy pizza was suppose to be black olives on half. I mentioned that the side with no olives had hardly and cheese on it. He just push the cheese around. The Mediterranean chicken was a joke. Hardly anything on it. The help is young. In Time he will learn how to make pizzas and do better customer service.
I want to give 0 stars but I can't. I picked up a family size double pepperoni pizza at 710pm they didn't put enough cheese in the pizza they just used the scraps of what they had sitting there. They didn't add topping cheese to it either. They didn't even add double pepperoni. Also didn't cover the crust with sauce. This looks awful and I tipped them the difference of the 20$ bill I gave to pay for it. Garbage place and awful service.... will not return to this store EVER. FOR ANY REASON.
Disappointed with the service. I know people call out, but I'm not sure why an order that was placed at 9:30am wasn't ready at the 4:30pm pick up time. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes in the store for my pizza.
Avoid this location, it has really gone downhill. We used to get good pizzas there all the time . Then they were closed except for email orders. They finally reopened so the first time my pizza was very sloppily made. I tried again and then the toppings were so thick the pizza was not cooked through. While I was there one guy was making pizzas. And the other was trying to figure out how to use the cash register. I’m done.
Ordered on the app, pizza was ready on time, but after baking one of them, it stuck to the pan. The other pizza I got (ordered a 5 meat stuffed and a pepperoni) turned out just fine, I've never had one stick to the pan to the point of having to scrape it off just to get a slice. Also ordered extra cheese, pretty sure they just gave me a pre-made one from the day before which probably wasn't refrigerated properly and it did not have extra cheese. Can't post the picture of it or I would.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION.

Will not take the coupons that were sold through local fund raisers. Did not even cover the whole pizza with cheese and sauce. I had to add it myself. Do not order here until they get staffed and trained up again.
Can't give less than one star? The Ulysses store is not taking orders over the phone or in person anymore, the only way to purchase from them is to order online and pay online. How does this make sense financially? Goodbye Papa Murphy's. I really enjoyed your pizza and would recommend it to anyone that I could. Now they've shave they're hours, continue to employ inept staff, and now have no flexibility whatsoever (at least at the Ulysses/Blaine store) in how they accept an order for a pizza I am finally done with them. Anyone have any recommendations for a business that wants business?
