Gave my order and got something different. I called twice for a fix and the manager said for me to call at normal business hours. I asked if she oh he could fix my order... she I believe said to call tomorrow for a discount or a fix for our order. She was very rude and should find a new job. Thanks

Probably won’t be ordering again from this store. They’ve messed up the last two orders we had with them. The first time they forgot items, this time they gave us two cheese breads instead of a cheese bread and wings.Worst part about this experience was that the manager working tonight was rude to us and then lied to us. He told us door dash would be delivering our order so we had to prepay — pretty sure door dash doesn’t bring a merchant copy of the receipt to have the customer apply a tip.Not even worth talking to the manager as he basically made it seem like he didn’t care about our business when he told me that it was his decision that our house was too far.Go order from broadway or a different store.
Ap wouldnt work to place order.Ended up ordering in store and waiting for pizza.Tried to call a week later ten minutes before they opened (11am) and they said the earliest time I could get a pizza is 12pm. Why do they open at 11 if you cant get a pizza until noon? (Was not due to being busy)
Was placed on a long hold, then they were very rude when they answered and treated me as if I was bothering them! No customer service skills at all! Will not be going back here, and since it is the only Papa John's in the area, I will not be ordering Papa John's again.
Ordered last month and delivery took almost 2 hours. Got a coupon for a free pizza to "try us again". We'll my food is 20 minutes late now, I wont be ordering here again.
I know this is a chain pizza place but my Blaine Papa Johns is so wonderful!! I’ve ordered from them over and over with no issues. They sent us a coupon for a free pizza this week for being late on their last delivery, but honestly no one in my family noticed them being late. But come on…that’s how you do good business!!! We will always be loyal customers and huge fans of the pizza!! Thank you!
Placed an online order - Estimated wait time was 48 minutes, I did not problem with the wait time. But when I called after waiting an hour and half, I was informed my order was ready they were just waiting on a driver and as soon as they loaded up my order would be on the way. I waited another 40 mins. Food was a mediocre temperature, pizza was fine, but the wings were not cooked to order.If the site had said it was a two hour plus wait we would have gone with a pick up or not ordered at all. Worse experience I have ever had with this Papa Johns.
My delivery said it was delivered after waiting 2 hours it was never delivered I called and said I ordered for delivery before I could even finish my sentence a man kept yelling “sorry were closed” and then hung up on me.. it says they close at 12 am it is 6 pm on a Saturday night… i will never order from this papa johns again.. very disrespectful and unprofessional.
The was amazing per usual. The delivery driver was so friendly and personable. This is my fav store to order from. Thanks papa!
