First they said I never paid when I have confirmation then they completely screwed up my order. Never ordering from here again.** Went home to eat and omg, the food was horrible, no one in the house could eat it, it tasted that bad! **
What is destroying papa johns brand is lazy shiftless door dash drivers who can never deliver my pizza to the right place.I am a 100 percent disabled military veteran who served his country for 13 years just to have someone who cant even speak english try to argue with me. I have had more than enough of this so called service when my adress and apartment number are clearly printed on the labels..............................................

Messed up my order by giving me a half cheese half pepperoni stuffed crust instead of a large meat feast. Tried to call and the staff won't even answer the phone. Awful service and horribly run.
last night I ordered a pizza for two other co-workers and myself we only have a time limit of so much I was told to Pizza would come in 35 minutes after 35 minutes it was not there I called to see how much longer she said 2 minutes 15 minutes later I called again got the same response fifteen minutes later almost an hour since I originally ordered it showed up the safety seal was broken I never received a receipt the pizza was ice cold and the man was trying to make excuses that were all told lies because he said I talk to somebody from another country with an accent and I did not I talked to her a hundred percent American she had no speech impediment at all she knew what she was saying I understand her perfectly I do not recommend this place at all if they're short-staffed they should have told me and gave me the choice of waiting an hour or we're not ordering not giving me poor excuses and crappy Pizza an hour later we were afraid to eat the pizza because we didn't know if it was messed with or tainted because the seal is broken we work literally almost across the street there's no reason whatsoever it should have took in an hour and showed up cold when I could have walked there to pick it up and done it in 2 minutes
All four employees were in front smoking. As we went toward the door they all went inside. We stood there waiting to be helped as all four employees wandered around doing their best to ignore us. After a few minutes one of them took it upon himself to help.

Waited an hour and 40 minutes for straight cold pizza. Called store and they basically said and what. Definitely the last call that this Papa Johns. Don't waste your time.
Worst chain I’ve ever dealt with. After waiting over an hour I called and the lying manager told me they were leaving with pizza. They took my money and never brought my pizza. Canceled my order without even contacting me. At this point I waited over two hours. The manager refused to refund my money telling me 3-5 days for a pizza that was NEVER DELIVERED! I hope this manager learns better customer service and quits stealing money to make her sales look better. B#### BETTER HAVE MY MONEY!
