Horrible customer service. Atmosphere felt very negative. The lady that took my order was rude when taking my order. I would ask her a question on a sandwich and she said “well you didn’t order that”. The lady kept looking at me and my husband and it felt she was racist towards us. I do not recommend this Panera bread location and I will definitely not be going back!
Clean. Has a listing of the name of the orders being prepared so you know they didn’t lose your order or give your food to someone else. Probably one of the better run and managed Paneras I’ve ever been to and it’s the cleanest one I’ve ever been to.
Nice location, we used the kiosks to order our food and drinks, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. Everything was good!
Ordered via the app which was great. App said I would be alerted when my food was ready. That didn't happen. My food was on the counter for over 10 mins. I asked for another sandwich as it was a hot one. When they brought it over it was barely luke warm. I think they simply waited with the original one and reserved it. Food did taste good and I look forward to trying it again...maybe at a different Panera though.
If you don't mind cold food stop here! Even food that is supposed to be served hot is cold. Nothing like biting into cold limp bacon on your cold hard bread. First and last time stopping in to dine at a $39 price tag for a cold sandwich You can make at home. At least I serve hot mac and cheese at home!! Disappointed
I usually have no issues here but this order on 5/17/22 was completely messed up. Every single item in the order was wrong in some way.Went back to the restaraunt twice because we didnt notice all the issues right away. Unfortunately we didnt notice the 4th issue until returning home from the restaraunt for the 2nd time.Issue 1 - Napa Almond Chicken sandwich was forgottenIssue 2 - we recieved wild rice soup instead of brocolli cheddar, and recieved regular mac and cheese instead of brocolli cheddar mac and cheese.Issue 3 - we recieved a regualer chicken sandwich instead of spicyIssue 4 - after all the above issues we got home and finally noticed they also forgot to include our Tomato basil cucumber salad. a 2.15 add on.Normally I would not complain this much but that's every single item messed up in some way or not included at all.
Food was okay. The baguette was very cold and so was my Mac and cheese inside my sandwich. Soup was good. We were the only ones in there and food took a while to get out. I also got the cinnamon roll and the middle tasted really bad.
$12 salad tasted great but very small portion not worth it.
Foods good but they are closed owner's should be stepping in at this point when it's midday and closed only open from 2-9
I love going to this Panera! I went for dinner yesterday and the young lady named Hannah, at the counter where I picked up my food, was so nice and helpful answering my questions. She and the others made sure my food came out accurately and fast even though they were quite busy. Such great service and will be coming again!
