I actually enjoy my lunch here on July 4

I awarded a second star only because in general the food has been good when I've actually been able to get it. I've left without making a purchase on last two visits, and I can't see going back to this location again as a result. They just don't seem sufficiently staffed to get to customers waiting to order. Experience might be better using drive-thru or ordering online for pickup, but anyone considering a drop-in for lunch particularly if on limited time would be better served elsewhere. I like Panera's food so disappointed to give up on the place.

with the exception of my employment experience back in 2001 when they were first starting, I think Panera is Pretty awesome, their employees just maybe need a little more Team Cohesiveness and less High School Gossip, which can be said about 97% of Employment places these days as people just listen to anybody without actually verification of proof, and just hop on people because they might be listening to Human Slavery supporters who are losing out on their Meal Tickets that they make homeless and keep homeless and then when you aren't doing anything wrong just waiting for that first cup of ☕ coffee in the morning from people who have never experienced actual homelessness it's easy to make snap judgements or decisions that affect people very negatively and puts the word out to the community that the person must have done something wrong when they didn't DO anything, Maybe people should be grateful for the blessings they have and leave those who are being crapped on alone as I was leaving everyone alone when I was there. Psychic Slavery is real! If you have telepathic abilities then most likely you are knowingly or unknowingly participating in MY Slavery to a Propagation, Child Trafficking zone, this is combat, they will stop at nothing to STOP someone who has lost , Forced to lose everything, it all in order to Save children, Child Pornography is huge and dates back, wayyyyy back if they never got caught you think they want to in there 80's on up. STOP giving in to the temptation to do a stranger who might be hurting wrong. Chipotle Lesson on YouTube Phoenyxedtruth by EnigmeDefi , I don't ask for anything, I don't cause trouble, WHO really called this morning, please call them back and tell them to not 'trespass' me for nothing. It made them look stupid too, eh Blaine police at least 2 stalking reports that you should have informed me about, and you send a person who 'doesn't know me at all' supposedly 3-5 camera feeds before he saw me this morning, don't mess with a SLAVE who is fed up and done nothing wrong, except have the curse to be "gifted" with this crap while people suffer and die because you don't come and talk to me. Spur the Police who actually give a crap, please to investigate claims before they act upon them and Laws!as well as find missing people, murderers solve mysteries, and terrorism. it is not the law that I have to identify myself without proof not hearsay of wrongdoing, which does mean I can Sue them for Lying to my face, in a threatening manner and Panera Bread, can be there before it opens there's no, no trespassing sign before store hours*? How would you all like to become #Unowned ?

First and Last time I'll order at Panera. Could be this location but the experience was bad enough that I'll never spend my own money at this franchise again. I've had Panera catered at work before and it was good so I thought why not. Did a curbside pickup order and the order was 15+ minutes late. Went inside to get help but was all but ignored by the staff at the counter and the pickup window. Came back outside and someone was aimless wondering outside trying to find me. Brought my food home and found a sandwich that looked like it was put together by a 5 year old. See pictures. Never again.

Just left there with my salad, mind you it’s in a sealed bag. I get back to work to eat my salad and there’s no fork in there. I guess I’m supposed to eat it with my hands. You have one of the simplest jobs on earth but apparently that’s to hard for these workers smh the laziness of these employees is a joke. Yaw should some better employees it wasn’t even busy so there’s no reason for that mistake.

Ordered pick 2. This is the Napa chicken sandwich. If I would have ordered a lettuce sandwich, I would’ve hit the jackpot. There were two bites worth of sandwich here. Really panara?! ?

An attempt was made. If you usually like Panera but normally go to a different location: skip the disappointment of this place and eat somewhere else. The Broccoli Cheddar Mac n Cheese was hot and tasted good, the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was a little sus. Wasn't all that warm (cheese was melted but the chicken wasn't warm) and the avocado was slapped on whole lol. Usually should be sliced and placed on the sandwich. Like everyone else says- it's over priced!

1st experience at Panera was at this location. I asked for Turkey bravo, no cheese and no sauce. It came with both. Gave them another chance. Also ordered it over an hour and a half ahead of time for pick up Ordered the exact same thing online- put in special instructions to make sure it was correct as I have allergies and I called to also clarify and was told they’d double check everything being it was a big work order and I wasn’t the only one with special requests and allergies. Get the sandwich for the second time- has cheese and sauce. So both times my company paid for lunch, I got shafted and had to starve. Not to mention it the order wasn’t done even close to on time. Thanks Panera.

Ordered a bread bowl with soup and a bakery item for pickup. Got home to discover no bread bowl, and the muffin wasn’t in any kind of wrapping like it usually is, It feels hard and dry to the touch, and most of the top of it was crumbled apart in the bag. I called the store and asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t issue refunds over the phone and all they could offer was a coupon sent in the mail for some “free stuff” — the manager I spoke to seemed annoyed by my disappointment and inconvenienced by my request. Can you blame me when I drove 25 minutes across town? Being a regular Panera bread customer I expected more from the customer service side of the business and I don’t want to blame the company as a whole, but my experience at this location made me never want to return.

Why go to chili's for lunch and enjoy 3 for $10 when you could go to Panera and pay triple? Point being: it's expensive. We like Panera, but we don't love Panera. Double check your pick-up orders, there is almost something always missing. I have ordered (thousands) from most locations in the TC area. I'm all about quality over quantity, but that means you have to adhere to it- mostly they do, and I'm hoping it stays that way. On this particular day my items were fresh delicious, the salad dressing was missing for one of salad (my fault for not following my own rule, learned many times before). I googled a similar recipe and made my own at home (it was amazing btw). Does anyone else feel like Panera tries too hard? Over-branding maybe?
