Unbearably slow. Ordered online over 30 minutes before I wanted to pick it up. Order tracker said it was ready, but when I got there it hadn't even been started. Had to wait 35 minutes AFTER I got to there to actually get my food. So over an hour from ordering to receiving my food. The food is not good enough to make the price or my time worth it.
Absolutely the worse customer service ever. I walked in at 8:06pm and walked out at 8:45pm, after ordering, paying for abs waiting 20 minutes for my food, to then be told after SEVERAL guests after me ordered the same entree as me, that the noodles for MY entree all of a sudden were sold out!Every online order and guest AFTER me received their food before me. The manager on hand gave me attitude because of their unprofessionalism. She didn’t offered to give me a water, drink or ANYTHING to try to be accommodating.If you’re brown, you will be served last. Or told, what you order is sold out. Disgusting
I had the cauliflower rigatoni Fresca with tofu. It was delicious and we had such great service here.
my noodles were undercooked. i asked to cook more and they gave back and we’re still undercooked. do not recommend.
Great option when you want a change on the usual choices.
The food is really good, staff was nice and prompt. It took some time to get our food though, I don't know if that's normal but it was well worth the wait. Probably takes as long as a Red Robin. The tables were clean no stickiness which is always nice when I see that. Honestly my only complaint would be the parking lot kind of a cluster out there. I don't know what anyone could really do to fix it, but I don't like the parking lot. Can't wait to go again.
I placed and order at 6:30 to be picked up at 7 o-clock got there and food wasn’t ready I’m normally chill when it comes to this but I was on a short lunch break and really needed to eat I was told it would be about 5-10 mins so I waited for 10 mins asked again when my Food was going to be ready a lady said 5 mins. I finally got my food with like 10 mins to spare on my break Needless to say I’m not going to order pickup anymore. The food was good but I couldn’t even enjoy it because they took so long.
Food poisoning. I have an absolute iron stomach but this place destroyed me. I think the main culprit is a lack of temperature control. I grabbed my food a few minutes after the suggested pick up time and drove home to eat, about 15 minutes. I've never had issues from other local options in this same strip mall and time frame. I can't go back at this point. Hopefully they improve their controls and no one else experiences this.
A bit overpriced for noodles. Ok in taste. Workers seemed agitated to be bothered to take an order. Dining area very dirty, food pick up area was sticky and dirty.
Went early on a Saturday. Maybe 11 am. Super friendly staff. The young man was great - but man the food quality was not good. I couldn’t believe it. I hadn’t been to a Noodles in 10 years and it’ll be another 10 before going back. Figure it out.
