I normally order drive though and the orders are always mixed up or missing items. You can do better than this. Today I got the wrong order and gave it back. Found out later that I still got the wrong burger and was missing apple juice for the kids meals.

Drive through, added an extra charge item to a burger and told them to leave most of the condiments off. The receipt was correct, but they didn't add the extra item even though I paid for it, and left all the condiments on. Complained to McDonald's corporate and they said the location would get back to me. It's been over a month and nothing. Only drive-through was open at the time and the line was long so there wasn't much I could do.As far as I'm concerned they stole my money.

This place is the exact opposite of fast food. As I'm sitting in line, I moved up 2 spots in 13 minutes. 6 more to go just to get to the first window. This is how this place has ALWAYS been. Slowest service EVER. Unbelievable.

Never a huge fan of McDonald’s, but this particular visit was good. The staff at drive thru was friendly, efficient, and pleasant even with the long lines. Order was accurate, food was warm, and tasted about as good as McDonald’s can.

What runs through your guys' minds when I say, "plain hamburgers," and you put cheese on them. When I say, "spicy chicken sandwich, no pickles," and you make it non-spicy with pickles. Bro.

If there was a zero star option that is what I would be selecting. We waited in line for well over 20 minutes before the line even started moving. We finally were able to leave without getting anything and they had no reason at all other than a sorry. 15 an hour? I think not.

I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. The order was placed about 10 minutes prior to arrival and close to the 8 PM hour. Upon arriving at the store, the drive thru had more cars in it than I expected for that time of day. I had trouble locating the mobile pickup location as the sign has been removed or fallen off of its mount. There was another car at curbside pickup when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes before heading into the store to inquire about my order. There were other customers in the store obviously frustrated but none of the employees were interacting with customers in the store. They appeared to be ignoring them. After waiting another five minutes in the store, an employee ran the order out to the other curbside vehicle. About another five minutes passed - still not one customer in the store had been approached by an employee. I saw my order come up and walked it to my vehicle myself. Total wait time was 30 minutes upon arriving at the store. There were at least five employees working which I assume is adequate staffing for a shift. Really slow and poor customer service.

Went through the drive-through, was told soft drink machine was completely down. Waited 4 minutes just to move one position forward, eventually got to the pay window, was given very slow service from the cashier, asked to pay with Apple Pay, then she asked for my phone, reluctantly I gave it to her, she then started swiping through stuff on my phone and I asked her what she was doing and she said she didn’t know what card it was and I asked for my phone back and asked her to just hand me the merchant device like they normally do so I can tap and pay and she had no clue what was going on so I left.And you really expect customers to pay triple for your food from what they were paying just five years ago? Unreal.

Avoid this location. They constantly get orders wrong or forget items entirely. The food never tastes fresh- stale, overly salted fries, dried out nuggets, and burgers that look and taste like they've been sitting out for a while.
