Floor was recently cleaned, greeted immediately on entry, food ready, staff friendly. Improvement over previous experience of longer lines waiting for food
This location always has dry orange chicken amongst others.. the chicken has been sitting out way too long. The food is not nearly as good as the other locations.I use to manage 2 of their locations including this one a few years back.. really need to stop over ordering food for their case and refill more often with fresh items.. typically i would not write this but this has been the case for the last 4 out of the 5 times I have been there in the last 6 months.. really awful.
So disappointing. Typically order from another location. Fingers crossed I don't get food poisoning. Yuck.

UDPATE: I think they've hired some new workers. The location is back to the way I used to remember it, which is great. There is also a Hispanic gentleman who works there now... from the way he carries himself, I think he might be the supervisor (not sure). But he is amazing and his customer service is great. I will start coming to this location again.Wow, what happened to this location? Customer service is terrible, employees look like they literally hate their lives and as if you're an inconvenience going there. The food is even worse, ...either old, soggy, or not enough flavor. It's unfortunate since this used to be my favorite location.
The employee that helped me was very friendly & helpful. This was my 2nd time there. The facility itself was quite dirty & didn't have any of the extras needed to eat your meal; like soy sauce silverware or napkins. So I had to go to the counter starting at the back of the line again to get those amenities. I wasn't very happy about that but they did serve me well. The facility was also dirty. All tables needed cleaning. The floor was very wet & slippery. The one dish Mongolian chicken was burnt but the other dish I got was very good it's another type of chicken. I will go again & I would recommend to others.
I have been here many times, the most recent was just yesterday. I like how everytime I walk in, people are just smiles and really friendly demeanor. Of course I am always up to try various entrees. But, sometimes my go-to dishes is sweet and sour chicken with some general taos chicken as well. Of course the noodles mixed in helps to stifle any spicy items I might have selected. I do enjoy the fact that at least the dining room is actually open. So if I have time, than I could just dine-in when I usually get it to-go. I know that I will be back again sometime.
I was pretty disappointed with my most recent visit. Being the place had only been open not even 20 minutes nothing I got appeared to be very fresh. Wontons were especially chewy, noodles were dry and bland as was my chicken that had a texture like it'd been there for quite some time. Not sure what time that stuff was all made to prepare for the day but super disappointing as it was a weekday, not very busy yet and barely open.
