Order was ready on time and easy to pick up. The guy making sandwiches behind the counter asked if I needed help carrying my items to the car, as I had a baby with me. So sweet ! Thanks!!

Arrived at 12:30pm on a Saturday to find out this location is closed. Several other customers attempted to walk in the building as well. Update this information on Google, as I and everyone else went to Jersey Mike's down the street.
This location is temporarily closed. And that is why no online or mobile order can be placed for this location. Next closest one in Blaine is located near northtown mall.
Placed an online order. Monies were immediately withdrawn from our account. Received an email stating order was being processed. Waited HOURS for delivery. Called store, no answer. Called again, no answer. Called a different JJs and found out that store had changed their hours and now close right BEFORE the dinner hour. Ends up our order was placed after they had closed. Why did the app take our order then?

Arrived at 5:04 pm to find they closed at 5. Can't imagine why you can't afford to pay a competitive wage to keep employees in your area.
Stopped on a Sunday after trying to order online and was closed....went to Jersey Mike's.Tried again monday 12/20...right as I walked in a guy yelled "you cant order in here! Online pick up only..it says it on the door" no hello or thanks for coming...off to Jersey Mike's again and will give them all our future business, thanks
I placed an order through Door Dash for lunch delivery. Was quoted 18-20 minutes. After 45 minutes I called the store and was told they didn’t have a delivery driver that day, and that they were too busy to call and let people who had placed orders know. They said they “voided” my order. However, my credit card was still charged $30 for two sandwiches and two bags of chips I have called several times - not once have I been able to speak to a manager, or received a call back.
Today I went there for a pickup I asked in a nice way if they were working on an order the girl working not sure her name but man was very very rude. She should of been fired on spot with how rude she was. Worst service at this location . I would pass on this location and do a different jimmy iohns
