Everything is good regarding the food, but everytime my girlfriend goes to pick up her food on her lunch break she is reprimanded for coming a little late.
This is my go-to sub shop. The subs are always fresh, meat cut right at time of prep. Friendly, attentive staff, fast, and delicious. I've given up on other sub shops as they don't do nearly as good of a job as Mike's.I do agree with the other review that this place is a little difficult to get to, especially if you are coming from the south. Hopefully the city will improve the roads to help the businesses in this complex.
Staff were really friendly! They were pretty busy, but was really impressed with the staff and how they handled it! Great service in fast food is hard to find these days! They were quick and provided great customer service! Will definitely return to this location!
I've always loved Jersey Mike's and was so excited to get one near us in Lino Lakes. Got my usual original Italian. I could only find 4 of the 5 meats on my sandwich. But mostly bothered by 1/2" of all ham and insanely thin single layer of the salami and pepperoni. If I wanted solely a ham sub, that's what I would order. Not much Italian here.
If you have diet restrictions be cautious with ordering using the app at this location. The last 3 orders have all been made wrong and had stuff added that we cannot eat.Update 6/2:. I have raised my review as the customer service and response to my review was a very positive experience. I look forward to trying them out again.Note to anyone needing Gluten Free options. I learned they clean the GF station for each order to reduce chances of cross contamination. We have not had any issues with cross contamination.
Don't come here from the village unless you have wings. I know you can see the sign from lexington and you're hungry but you're going to lose 10 minutes in stop lights and left turns and more if you can't expertly navigate the exit only kickouts. There's only one way in and you need to sacrifice a virgin kitten to a dark wizard to learn the route. The subs are awesome, staff is friendly, ingredients are super fresh and delicious.
Excellent service! The food is always to die for. Getting into this location is quite tricky because of the way the roads are set up but I feel like that isn't the restaurants fault.
6/1/22 closing staff, really nice bunch of staff that is hopefully very valued by management. Just walked out of another location because of rudeness and unprofessionalism. Keep up the good work.
