Yall need to train your employees better. Every time I order some pasta it takes an hour and it's always burnt. Disappointed. Sucks cause I work right next door and hesitant to order every time. Do better. I try to be nice and your employees don't know customer service at all. Especially the young girl with glasses, short brown hair. Teach her some manners ?

This isn’t my first issue with this location, but i have to finally write a review.Placed an order on the app at 3:20. Said it would be ready 3:30-3:40. We have been in the drive through from 3:35 until now (4:00PM). Nobody checked on us or answered the ring doorbell that have plastered to the wall. There are now 3 cars behind me and I’ve just been told they’re putting it in the oven.Pretty disappointing. There are 2 employees in the lobby and another in the parking lot. Will never waste my time ordering at this store again. Went in at the end of the time it was supposed to be ready, there were 7 people in the waiting room (i assume same situation) and when I told the cashier my name for the order, his words were "Oh yeah, we're behind, like real behind. I dunno when it'll be ready. Did you wanna cancel the order?" This is the 2nd time I experienced this in 2 months. DON'T TAKE THE ORDER IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL BY THE TIME YOU TELL PEOPLE.*****Go to Marcos instead. Pizza was done ASAP!

This is my third time trying this location. The first time, I called for a status on my pizza after waiting about an hour, and they were nice about it and got it out about 40 minutes later. The second time, I called after about an hour and it still not being in the oven yet and I was hung up on. This time I placed my order at 8:50 and it is now 10:35 and it is still not in the oven. I’ve literally worked at dominos before I don’t think a medium pizza should take 2 hours to prep.

They had moved locations recently and they look fan-sea. Their food is good and cheap (If you drive to pick it up anyways) Though I have had experiences where the pizza hasn't been great. It likely depends purely on who's making it, but 9/10 times there has been no problems.

Sometimes this dominos is great and sometimes it takes over an hour to get a simple, small, and very local order, and there’s something wrong with it by the time we do finally get our order. We ended up cancelling a recent order in the prep stage on the tracker for over 45 minutes. When we called, we were laughed at and hung up on which echoes all these poor reviews below. Terrible service, we will not be ordering here ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS DOMINOES LOCATION! Two of the managers (Ben & Elliot) are scamming customers out of money! I was told they couldn’t do refunds but could give me store credit that wasn’t the same as my order. Was hung up on multiple times after being told to hold on. Then was sent to a automatic system that kept transferring me to the store. Both managers were disrespectful and unprofessional when I asked about myOrder, even being understanding that if they were just busy I understood. And still wasn’t given the store credit! Thank God I live not too far! CauseI drove to the store, both managers had left Already but I spoke to another manager (Camry) and she helped cancel my order ( I recorded her doing it just in case). I contacted the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) and reported the two managers for fraudulent activity!Please be careful ordering delivery from this location, I wasted 2 hrs of my time waiting on an order that was never meant to be made, so I could be scammed!

This review is well over due just saying I ordered a chicken sandwich it's had two pieces of chicken and a bunch of onions (I said light) and it was burnt and too much sauce so who ever made my sandwich didn't care or want to lose their job.The pizza was alright but rn was looking forward to the sandwich. Next time or there might not be a next time

TERRIBLE SERVICE TWICE IN A ROW.We chose delivery thinking last time was just a fluke, but yet again we had to call twice over a span of 90 minutes to see why the online progress tracker still showed the pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Unknowingly, our calls routed to a call center in the Philippines where they made unfulfilled promises under the guise of being employees at the local store. Finally we were able to talk with the actual (teenage) employees at the store. They refused responsibility and blamed the call center. We changed our order to carry out. Upon bringing it home our order was clearly wrong. Went back to the store where again they blamed the call center. Finally after two hours we ate the pizza we ordered. No discount was given, only a lousy supposed partial credit on our account for future use at this location. Why would we do business here again?! Get competent.

Never ordering from here again. Apparently it’s okay to continue to hang up on people and tell them they need to be educated.So after I made the review above, I talked to the supervisor, Ben, and had a really good conversation with him. Between the conversation we had and the reviews I see, it looks like this sort of behavior has been going on for a long time. I was told by Ben it would not be happening again… but after being yelled at, threatened to have the cops called on me for calling to complain about the manager, and the fact that a week later I saw a comment on next door that the manager screamed at the customer, swore, and accused them of lying when they said the pizza wasn’t delivered to their house, I decided I’m really done. I have no idea why you would keep someone like that around, let alone someone in management. Clearly you are desperate for staff, I know there’s a shortage everywhere, but you’re not desperate to keep frequent customers. I plan on driving out of my way to get pizza from somewhere else. I don’t care about the credit that was given to me, customers do NOT deserve to be screamed at, sworn at, and belittled for what should be a minor problem with a simple solution. Fire him and I’ll consider ordering again, but WOW DOMINOS!
