I enjoy culver's but I've never eaten here and now I know why. Not only did I confirm my order before pulling up to the window to pay but found out I was over charged. To be clear it was one meal not a bunch of items. They offered to remake it but didn't offer to give me back the money I was overcharged for. There's no customer service after COVID. Apparently you pay for there mistakes and are just supposed to accept it. After this experience I'll never eat here again.
For what Culver's usually is, I felt the quality of the food was sub-par. I asked for a double patty burger and I got a single that was super thin and over cooked. And my concrete mixer was already starting to melt by the time it came to me. Granted, they were really busy when when I was there, and I could excuse the single patty burger I got if it was done better. And even if I had gotten my ice cream later but not melted, I probably wouldn't have even written this review.I hope my less than satisfactory experience is due to Culver's training a new guy during a busy time. I will likely be going back to see if their food has come back to higher standards. Look for another review from me in the future, and hopefully a better one.
Never have I wrote a review but this place made me go over the edge. Took over an hour and twenty minutes for a simple burger and fries. Ended up just cancelling and getting a refund. Usually you do wait a bit here and they mess up your order every so often but this time is the last straw. Do yourself a favor and go to Five Guys next door. Never coming here again.
Not so happy here,the St.Paul location was better. The oil needs changing,the fish sandwich is nothing like what you see on the commercial.
How can you go wrong with Culver’s? I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service at any location I have ever been to. If I had to find something to critique, it would be the ice cream toppings. The amount you get seems to depend on who is doing it. I’m sure there is a standard amount. Just too little, too often in my opinion
Consistent quality food andservice (for fast food especially). Best basic fries. A little weird that the outside dining area is right where you'd breathe in the most drive through exhaust possible but I guess it matters less when half the year is winter.
Hadnt been there for a while because of this COVID mess, but we decided to dine in. They have an active drive-thru setup here, but they had ample staff to take care of both dine-in and drive-thru very easily. Our order came quick, and the staff came by numerous times to make sure everything met our expectations. Very impressed with the staff because they were all young, yet they all worked very hard and understood customer service. We enjoyed the experience!
Good, Delicious Food... Great Service, Been coming here for almost 3 years only ever had one mix up & they promptly were willing to work it out with me so... That's 5 stars in my book
I see you get a good bones for your bus because we always use coupons otherwise maybe they are a little pricey but their food is very very good if you want a good burger I think it's great
We did a quick drive thru for my son's dinner...the Onion rings, Butter Burger and Reeses concrete mixer were delicious!
