Don't bother ever trying to order online, it's a waste of time to place an order and get to the end just to be told the store isn't accepting them, why even bother being on doordash? 4 different days and couldn't place an order. I'm done with Coldstone. Much better ice cream places around Blaine.
Employees were very polite and helpful! Don't care for the fact that you can't add rewards thru the app after the fact.
We visited on a Monday evening, so it wasn't very busy. The service was excellent and the ice cream was even better. I got the love it size with a dipped waffle bowl upgrade. Lots of options for ice cream flavors and mix-ins to satisfy anyone's ice cream preferences!
My family loved the peanut butter cake. I would order this again. Great for kids of all ages. Staff was friendly I will be back.
The ice cream was good, and two of the employees were nice but one employee was unbelievably rude to both customers and her co-workers. I've had bad days too but her behavior was unacceptable. I won't be coming here again.
man behind the counter name quintien is very nice. he knows how to make a good ice cream. his shift is usually on Friday which i prefer to go.
My favorite thing is the banana Carmel crunch. I buy it in the biggest container they offer, the everybody size. My issue is the bananas themselves. The bananas are always green. A green banana is bitter and hard and ruins it. Bananas are cheap. This shouldn’t be an issue to order more ahead of time and allow them to ripen. The manager had given me some free item coupons and I never used them for this issue. I was hoping after a year of not going to this location, they would have figured this out by now. It’s a treat. Bananas shouldn’t be butter and hard for this.
Don't go and save yourself the headache. Cakes don't don't meet expectations, poorly made.
Although customer service was great, but the store was very dirty.
