The food here was good. They ran out of some items, sometimes that happens no big deal. I went in and ordered for myself and picked up an order for my co-worker. I'm not sure how the online stuff works but they didn't have an item that was paid for. Again, not the end of the world.However, the staff here have left little to be desired. while the person making my food was nice enough, the cashier was a bit on the rude side and not very friendly (no smiling, very short with me when I asked questions, and when I asked for my co-workers order).I would love for this place to be a little more friendly.
Skip this location!I started eating here regularly a few months ago and only once have they not messed up my order. After having them forget to add over half the ingredient to my salad and the manager acting like it wasn't a big and "just happens" I decided I was not going back. I now drive three times the distance to the location on Central in Columbia heights and its been mostly pleasant.Ordering online today I didn't double check where my order was being sent to and I ended up having to go back to the Blain location. How they can routinely mess up a salad that's on their menu is impressive.
Chipotle overall is good. This location is horrible. So many times over the years we have received burritos the size of a 7.5 oz soda can, or had blatant disregard for order instructions; worst of all was walking in one evening and having an associate lambaste at me before I could greet her, "we ain't got no burritos!" Go literally anywhere else than here.
I use to go to chipotle all of the time because the food taste amazing at any location. However with the last few years I can’t say the same for every location. It has gotten so bad that I go to pancheros more now. Long story semi short this locations food is on point and gave me hope for how chipotles food use to taste. I haven’t even finished my food and I had to leave a review! Great job to the team and the management for keeping things together. The place is clean, the staff moves like they actually care about your time, they smile they have good memory for my order. 5 star service keep up the work I’ll only be coming to this location! Thank You!
Horrible, many times I have been there- other locations too of course. Please understand it isn't just because of employees. Corporate can you please check things out????!!!!! I don't even eat out often and when I do, 2 bowls worth $22 isn't even worth it! I mean even taste wise...don't let me even mention how they try to skimp on ingredients.
They don’t refill food after 7 pm. Basically what you see is what you get. This is also one of the dirtiest stores I’ve ever been too. I made a corporate complaint and also notified the health department. You guys need to do better.

When you ask for extra cheese and the employee rolls their eyes and then throws a heap of lettuce on your bowl. Your employees are lacking customer service and overall kindness. You aren't paying for the bowls we get we pay for it. So give us what we PAY for. You lost another customer due to the girl who was on the line today 4-16-22 @ 3:35pm.
Sent my daughter to get food. Gave her cash to pay with. The store said they could give her change and kept the remaining balance. When trying to call them, all I get is an automated system and can't ask anyone why they can take cash but not give change.
My coworker and I visited this chipotle today and were very unsatisfied with our order. We always battle with which chipotle to visit since the other location near 103rd seems busier. We always know going into to this location that we will deal with the rude and stingy employees making our food and usually we overlook it but today it was much different. Here are the things we had issues with:1. The tortillas were stale, seemed to be out for a while.2. The rice was not cooked! Super crunchy and lacked flavor. It seems that it was made in a huge rush with no consideration of the lime, salt, etc.3. Very very small portions with both our salad and tacos. When we asked for a little more we noticed that the two ladies in the front talking to each other and you can clearly tell it was about us and they didn't even give the proper portions you see at other locations. They seemed very irritated.I think with a little kindness and better customer service skills I probably wouldn't have made this review but the two ladies in the front especially lack people skills.
