Might have just been the night, but the store seemed pretty chaotic. The poor kid working at the beginning of the line was left to handle making everything as the line grew and the other employees scrambled around in the back. One of the shift leaders was hollering about more support for the front, but nobody ever arrived. Whole process took longer than it should have because one employee was left to do everything. Food = good. Service = bad.
Ordered on app and it said order would be ready at 6:40 in Blaine. They had full staff and were running behind....way behind. I did not walk out of there until 7:30. The associate at the counter did not treat customers coming thru counter or those of us waiting for orders well. The counter staff finished their mini rush then stood around and did not help with pick up orders. Counter associate would not tell us how far they were backed up but a worker from the back did say they were about 30 min behind still while delivering an order. If you could see how far behind your order was, that would be helpful. This is not the first time for this location to have this happen. I gave them another shot after a couple of months. I believe this location is mismanaged. I can pass two other locations on my way home from work and I will probably stop those places in future if the family wants Chipotle.
I never leave food reviews but this by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been too. It's unusually slow and the food line is always a big mess. They also close before 10pm on the weekdays. The owner and manager should be embarrassed. I recommend the newer Chipotle down the street, that location is 10x better.
It's typically good. Seems to recently be going through a hard time. I placed an order for pick up at 1pm, arrived at 1:11 and it was not on the mobile order shelf. A woman asked my name and said they were prepping it now. They then gave it to me and it was the wrong Rachel, no big, same first name. I immediately handed it back and the cashier then grabbed my order from the chip shelf behind her. I was so confused why my order was there and not on the mobile order shelf where other orders were at.On top of that, I barely had ANY Barbados in my bowl. It was literally 3 bites worth. I dug around the whole bowl looking and none, there was also a green pepper in it, which has issues on my stomach, so it being in there was annoying but it happens when things are being made quickly.
I usually I do online ordering but today I stood in line. I have to say that if you are a first timer at Chipotle I would have no idea how to order or what is what. The lack of menu descriptions was appalling.
Did a mobile order walk in and there are people waiting to get their mobile orders. Stand there 15 mins no one acknowledged me. Kept trying to talk to cashier she kept looking away. My order had been ready sitting behind her getting cold. Get home and we'll no guacamole on the barrito again this is the second time in a row. This chipotle is the worst I'll drive the extra 10 to 15 mins to Northtown they seem to have better service. By the way other guests wanted to speak to a manager cashier told another employee she had it handled no she did not. I have given this chipotle many of chances over the years I'm fed up with them missing items on every order I do or not having the item and letting me find out after I get home with my order.
Here's the thing...The company has gone completely downhill over the last few years. Recently, due to supply chain issues, they have to close early. Which is completely understandable. However, over numerous recent occasions, the food has been inaccurate and inedible. Items were cold, wrong protein, wrong toppings on the wrong items ordered, etc.Normally I write more details about a restaurant experience, but I can't say more than to simply offer this. Do not go here.I'll add that an employee stole my credit card information and I had three separate orders placed online before I caught it. To make matters worse, Chipotle customer service did nothing to remedy any of my issues on the different occasions (other than to offer me free guacamole on my next order).Thankfully, my back covered the $100+ in charges from this stolen transaction.Check out one of the other amazing restaurants in Blaine that are nearby. Otherwise avoid this Chipotle.
The girl who wrapped our burritos kept breaking the tortilla. We ordered a couple of burritos and all of them broke each time she wrapped it. She doesn't spread ea item onto the tortilla, which is why it's so hard for her to wrap it the 1st place. She piles ALL of the ingredients in the center only and starts to wrap it up. If she had spread it a lil bit then maybe she'd be able to wrap our burritos up better without tearing the tortilla. The taste was not good at all either. I'll stick to my usual locations next time.
Good portions. I always order double meat at Chipotle and it's hit or miss if they actually give you double meat. This location did thankfully. It was very busy but they were quick and efficient with the orders.
Staff's were rude, very stingy on the guacamole, and everything else. Charge me extra and only one scoop that didn't fill the lid. They completely ignored my request for corn on the side also and still charged me extra for that. I came back in, and they gave me attitude. First and last. I'm good. Food wasn't even all that good; the quality of the food tasted old, and the rice stuck together in a chunk. The guacamole already turned bad by the time I got home.
