I took my wife for lunch here and it was meh. Probably not going back. First off there was about 6 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. Our server Tony was super nice. He came took our order and got it entered. Food took about 25 minutes to get out. My wife ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and the Shrimp Fajita. My order was complete wrong, I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and I received the Chicken Fajita. Our server was willing to fix it however I didn’t want to sit there for another 25 minutes for one dish. So I decided to eat the Chicken Fajita. That was a bad idea, the rice on both of our dish was undercooked (hard) or the dishes have been siting so long under a heat lamp it just got ruined. I don’t think I will be returning to Chili’s anytime soon.
Service was extremely slow with plenty of staff and few customers. I was 2/3 through my dinner before I got my drink. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich which she said would be better at Wendy's. Ribs were tasty, but gristly. Mexican Street corn was the best part..
Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had. Started by walking into the restaurant and the hostess was eating. I'm from the restaurant industry so I know eating is limited so whatever free time you get, no harm no foul. The attitude though, felt like she didn't want to be there. As we asked to be seated she gave a lethargic and annoyed attitude of working. initially the server was fine. We got our drinks on time initially. We got our food in a relatively short time. I asked the server for napkins and she nodded and just walked away and never came back. Also no utensils were brought. My friend ended up eating the mashed potatoes and broccoli with the spoon he got from his chilli. After eating all his sides, he waited some more and finally ended up trying to cut his steak with the same spoon. I had to walk towards the kitchen for utensils and napkins. I also didn't get the second part of my fountain drink until I asked for it at the kitchen. I was ignored after trying to flag the waiter down countless times. It was so bad that the very fine woman next to our table had to tap the waiter on his back to vouch for my existence. Do I blame the waiter? Partially, I also blame the hostess because she assigned 20 new people for one waiter also. Will not return. Will spend my time and money at a place that can at least pretend that they give a damn.
Dave the server did an excellent job taking care of all my needs. The food was perfect and customizations were correct.
Great lunch deal with 3 for $11. Fast service. Food is always solid. Great about letting you sub out fries for vegetables. Can't beat the chips and salsa.
Our waiter Will was the best and did a great job! Food was good.. Large burger was a bit of a soggy sorry sight and hard to eat near the end. Drinks were cold and timely. Was a bit of a wait initially (30 mins) with 10+ visible empty tables at check in and at time we were seated.. Not sure why they weren't interested in serving drinks+ apps till they got caught up.
We weren't overly impressed with our meal. My wife had the vegetarian black bean fajita which she said was bland. I had the old timer cheeseburger. I thought the burger was bland as well unfortunately. I wish there was some more seasoning on it. The food did seem to take quite a long time to arrive. It wasn't extremely busy I thought. This might be a one off so rating it at three stars.
The food was outstanding and very quick, efficient service! The 3 gals "seating people", however, were disorganized, not communicative and nonsensical. So many open spots, 15 - 20(?), yet a 1/2 hour wait for 2 of us. One gentlemen was alone and asked if he could wait in the bar area until there was seating available and was told. "No". They said no food in the bar to others, yet proceeded to seat people there. No clue. Our server was training a new young man in and they were both wonderful. Attentive, considerate, quick and accurate. They, (and the cooks), made it worth the front entryway fiasco in the beginning, which was so ridiculous, I almost... ALMOST, began to find it humorous. Much like watching the Keystone Cops.
Look I get it.. short staffed, new server etc. But I would rather not spend 2 hours at Chili’s.. Appetizer came before drinks. Watched multiple tables who came after us eat and leave.. still no food. Server confirmed what we ordered at 1 hour. Server forgot to ring our food in.. Was offered complimentary chips for our troubles.. No dessert, discount, or manager offered. Didn’t do it for me.
Was great! I came in for a Togo order and placed it at the bar. Tonya was the bartender that afternoon. She was so busy, but she greated me with a smile, and I didn't have to wait too long. I ordered the babybacks and a burger. Both were excellent. Restaurant was clean, and staff was friendly.
