The new app showed me some sort of error so I thought it wasn’t working so I ordered from a different store but then all of a sudden I was charged for the chaticlear order as well and i was stuck with two pizza orders

Everything was cold, had to literally talk driver thru directions just to get here, even when he was within a block of my residence. Then asked for directions on how to get back onto street he just came from…?
Just not as good as has been in past, we ordered a large and seems smaller and way lighter than we are used too. Just okay not fabulous like previously.

Have been a loyal customer for 3 years eating their delicious food about 3 times a month. I always tipped between 50 and 100%. The last order I received showed up like it came out of a refridgerator, my first and only complaint. 300 a month for 36 months, was I loyal? When I called to complain, I was told that it wasn't possible, I was basically lying and that they would give me credit on future purchases. I didn't want or take money back but I did ask that they come back and remove this 100$ nightmare from my residence. My garbage collection is Friday, I didn't want food in my garbage for a week. Anyway, after calling their district manager, I was told that they don't need my business and to basically f%!÷ off. Here are the pictures, one bite and I couldn't do it. They lost 300 dollars a month and I will spend as much time giving negative reviews as I spent supporting them. Apparently, my photos are too large, but my phone is 763 447 5483 if you don't believe me. I'm about loyalty, and principle, Chanticlear is not.

I ordered online this evening. After I ordered and when I was tracking my order, the tracking screen showed they were closed due to staffing issues. I completely understand this issue; however, I have now paid a significant amount for an order I never received. I cannot get ahold of anyone because they are closed.Update: turns out the website was wrong, and my pizzas were delivered. They did come 45 minutes late.
