The food and drinks are amazing. Also the staff is very friendly and nice.

Great customer service, fast preparation of drinks, and lots of room to sit. Clean environment, and my daughter was happy to have access to a wall plug in to charge her phone while we sipped our drinks.

ignored by employee when I first went to register. he made eye contact and mumbled "I'll help you in a minute". then mumbled to his coworker who stepped up to the register and started logging in without acknowledging I was already there waiting to be helped. I asked what kind of decaffeinated tea they had and she said "ummm, just that, I guess". super unengaged and nonprofessional staff. the drink was fine.
Came in at 5:30 AM to get a nice warm mocha to start my day and the workers who opened were very nice and even recommended me some good drinks to try needless to say I’ll be back. this particular location rocks!
I’ve been to this location many times and have been satisfied but today I went through the drive thru and it took 5 min of me waiting at the speaker and I had to say hello? Before someone helped me. To which once I ordered my order was not completely right, I asked for my drink to be still and they made it sparkling, I order and extra cream cheese and was charged for it but never received it. I couldn’t get this fixed as I was not late on my way to work because it took so long. The workers were nice overall but not a great experience compared to past once’s
Good atmosphere, but not a lot of seating, but they do the best they can with both outdoors and with more than 50% indoor seating. Great service too.
I absolutely love this coffee , the tast was great the staff were okay, at this location, the location at the st. Paul's airport were great very pleasant and welcoming.
