Great coffee shop! Fast and friendly service. Enjoyed our beverages which were made correctly as well. Never had an issue here.
Got my new favorite drink, but didn't realize until I was already out of thr parking lot that the lady totally made it wrong and she out gross mint topping on my turtle mocha nitro cold brew.....totally ruined it and waste of money. I couldn't turn around to go back in for a new one either as I had to get to work. Super disappointing.
I arrived to pick up a already ordered drink online. It was made incorrectly. At this time there was one person taking orders and making drinks.. while Two other ladies were taking out frozen sandwiches laughing and carrying on. As the lady behind the counter is getting more customers, she angrily remakes my drink. I pick it up the lid that she had not correctly put on.. due to rushing I'm sure.. comes off and spills all over me. I had to literally tell the other workers to help that lady and make drink again.. every single time we go to this location. . Which is 2 mins from my home.. it's wrong. It's just wrong and awful. Please try harder. ?
Quickly received my order it was correct. Staff was very friendly
Thought I would pop by to grab a quick cup since I had some extra time before a morning meeting. One person in line in front of me and 3 people working. Took 12 minutes to get just a plain cup of coffee. Burned all my spare time just waiting to place an order.
Sean, Lillian, Connor and Sundee were the best workers here. Miss them.
I go to a bunch of Caribou and this is the only one that doesn't refill my Ice Tea for free. I'll make sure to keep going to my Caribou on 65 and 242.
I usually go to another Caribou closer to home, which provides great drinks. However, the barista who prepared my drink at this location made the BEST dark-chocolate Mint Condition Cooler that I've ever had!
