Employee of this store there are very very nice respectful and they’ll make you feel like they know you very long time as well as the manager very polite respectful I was going through their review there’s a person Who give one star lying about the store that’s not true and I don’t understand why people do like that that is what makes me wrote this to let the other customer or corporate to know there’s Always people who just like to complain yes of course there’s some stores that employee could be wrong but not the store
They always have my coffee ready when I get there. A+ Bou crew in the state.
Doesn't have a drive thru but other than that they were fast, friendly and one of the few Caribou's to make my order right!!
There were 2 young men working that were more interested in talking then making my drinks

the customer service is incredible! the employees are so nice, one of them gave me advice on how to do long division and take care of my guinea pig :))

Robotic Service and a worker that holds onto the front of his mask, gross! If you frequent this location you're likely to always be treated like a new customer. The weekday morning staff is very impersonal and has to ask you if you have "Perks" every time. Part of a coffee shop is the social aspect of it, I can make my own coffee at home. I enjoy Caribou Coffee but this location needs new management.
